St George Travel Guides (Updated October 2026)

Thanks to Off The Grid 4x4 Tours and Steve, our guide (Owner Operator), we had a fantastic and memorable trip out to Rattlesnake Gulch and Toquerville Falls. Booking the trip online was easy and we received detailed meet-up instructions soon thereafter. We met Steve at the appointed time and we were off to the trail. From start to finish, Steve was the consummate professional; from helping me to air down/up, making sure I took good lines through obstacles, taking photographs for us, and showing us some very interesting historical sites off the beaten path. My family and I are very happy with how this trip turned out and we highly recommend Off The Grid 4x4 Tours to anyone looking for great offroad experiences.

I had the privilege of having a private tour with Heather. And I would recommend this tour as a must to anyone new to St George. It’s a great introduction to the area, while being filled with many opportunities to contemplate the geological wonders that surround the city.Heather is a warm and knowledgeable guide who shares her love for this city in an interactive way. I feel like I learned so much in 2 and a half hours!

We had a great time! We definitely got our moneys worth! The rock climbing was very scary for my first time, but our guide Dan did a great job helping us!

Thrilling and unforgettable!! This is a must do for an action packed ride while in Zion!!

Our astronomers were fantastic. They stayed in touch with us leading up to the event to make sure we had a night with clear skies. Comfortable chairs and blankets were provided. Jenn and Rob were not only experts but genuinely friendly people who enjoy helping others enjoy our view of the cosmos. They had several quality telescopes and told us about the objects on view. The next day they even shared the images vía email. Definitely a must do!

Heather was grey and very knowledgeable

We had such a great time. It was loads of fun! Very exciting and new thrills at every turn! Beautiful sights!! Would highly recommend

This was our 2nd time on this tour with Mad Moose- that should say allot. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience. We traveled on the highway, on sand dunes, and did rock crawling. This is not your average follow the leader at a turtles pace. We were wide open. It was so much fun. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We saw the top of the world signs, the Flintstones House, and many beautiful views along the way. You are able to swap drivers at each stop if you chose to.

Steve was an excellent driver! We loved the beautiful rocks, mountains and waterfall. Swimming and lying in the water was so relaxing. Definitely recommend this adventure.

Amazing scenic tour and we had an awesome guide! Would definitely recommend! Variety of terrain and lots of fun overall.

I had such an amazing experience on this 4x4 Jeep tour! The obstacles were fun, challenging, and definitely full of adrenaline. Steve was amazing, super chill, experienced, and made us feel safe the whole time. I would definitely do it again! Highly recommend going with Steve!

Thank you Emily for an amazing astronomy experience! Your passion and enthusiasm in mixing stories with science was fascinating. I can now identify Polaris!! Thank you!!

Our car rental reservation canceled our reservation so we had to book this shuttle last minute from Page to Vegas. The shuttle was great. Easy to book and easy pickup location. It was very clean, Olivia was the guide she shared great facts about Vegas and was very helpful and our driver Chen was great too. The weather was really bad but we made it back safely thanks to him.

This was so fun and very well thought out. It was more involved than I thought it would be, especially because of the low cost. We had so much fun, and we figured out who the murderer was!

Easy booking process, awesome guide (Melvin), and fantastic scenery. Had a great experience… Would highly recommend!!!
