We had an amazing experience with Cafe Tours RD during our recent trip to the Dominican Republic. We originally booked our excursion with another provider, but unfortunately they did not show up. At the last minute, I reached out to Cafe Tours RD, and they were able to accommodate us for a tour of Las Terrenas and El Limón Waterfall.From the moment they stepped in, the treatment was truly VIP. Our tour guides were excellent and treated us with so much kindness and hospitality. They made sure we saw the area, understood the places we were visiting, and had a great experience from beginning to end. We never felt rushed, and they made the entire day feel personal and special.They did such a great job that we booked another excursion with them during the same trip! Our second adventure included Playa El Valle, zip-lining, and Playa Ermitaño, with private transportation, lunch, a boat ride to Playa ErmitañoWhat started as a disappointment when our original tour provider didn’t show up ended up being one of the best parts of our vacation thanks to Cafe Tours RD.We will definitely use them again when we return to the Dominican Republic, and we look forward to bringing more of our family and friends back with us to enjoy the same experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Action Tours is an absolute hidden gem!From the moment they picked us up right in front of our hotel, I knew we were in for a great day. The transportation to the buggies was comfortable, and once we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredible team that made everyone feel like family.The buggy adventure was hands down one of the best excursions I’ve ever done! We rode through dirt roads, rocky trails, steep hills, and beautiful countryside before reaching some of the most breathtaking beaches I’ve ever seen. The beach vendors were friendly, never pushy, and their prices were clearly displayed, which made the experience even more enjoyable.One of my favorite stops was the river. The water was ice cold and unbelievably refreshing after the ride. It was also awesome to see so many friendly locals spending the day there—it felt authentic and gave us a real glimpse of the Dominican Republic.A special thank you to Johnny, the photographer! He took his time with every group and captured incredible photos that we’ll cherish for years.We also stopped to sample and purchase mamajuana, and once again, everything was transparent with fair pricing and friendly vendors.I’ve been on many excursions throughout the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴, and I can honestly say Action Tours is the best I’ve experienced. They perfectly balance adventure, beautiful scenery, local culture, and outstanding customer service.To finish an already amazing day, we were treated to an authentic Dominican lunch that I’m still thinking about!If you’re visiting Samaná and wondering which excursion to book, don’t hesitate. This was the most fun we have had in a long time! The day started a little later than scheduled, but the guides made up for it by extending the tour, and once the adventure began, we completely forgot about the delay. The ATV portion was incredible, taking us along backroads, through local towns, and into beautiful scenery around Las Terrenas. Be prepared for a bumpy ride—you definitely need to be comfortable navigating some rugged roads—but that's part of what made it so much fun and authentic. One of the highlights was the horseback ride to El Limón Waterfall. The waterfall itself was stunning, and the water was so refreshing! We enjoyed learning about cigars and cacao. The lunch was absolutely delicious, with authentic Dominican food that was one of the best meals we had during our stay. We enjoyed visiting a beautiful beach where we had time to relax and swim. The entire day was packed with adventure, culture, great food, and breathtaking scenery. The guides were friendly and made sure everyone had a great time. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Samaná Peninsula and Las Terrenas area. A perfect combination of excitement, sightseeing, and Dominican culture!

top two fishing experiences of my life been on many this was amazing luis, and the captain where the best from the double/triple hits to cooking and eating fish on the boat. we had over 15 hits and Pulled in 13 of them in 2.5 hours can’t wait to go back.

Highly recommend! Louis was truly the BEST. Amazing snacks, drinks and the very best salad, fresh fish we ate and caught straight from the ocean. Would do again 100%. The captain knew exactly where to go and was an amazing 8 hour experience.

Great time in the company of the adorable little monkeys, the guide was very kind and allowed us to spend quality time with them each. My only downside is that he should make smaller groups it was a bit chaotic after a while because not all of them listened to the instructions.

This is truly a lovely day and it allows you to see a nice variety of the beautiful things that the Dominican Republic has to offer!

We took a Buggy ride in Samaná with Juan and it was just fantastic! The tour is full of stunning landscapes, a lot of adventure and fun moments. Juan was extremely attentive, friendly and professional, ensuring our safety and comfort throughout the ride. I recommend it to everyone who wishes to live an authentic and exciting experience in the region. Without a doubt, one of the best activities of the trip!

A wonderful experience! We are crew members of a yacht and had a few days off to explore the country. We were very happy with the day Maria and Miguel would give us, we rode a horse to a stunning waterfall where we swam and took pina coladas in the hulls of the pineapples. The men who attended us with the horses were very friendly, helpful, and had much knowledge of the nature around. After the excursion it was a typical super rich lunch that we were cooked. I would recommend the experience to everyone!

Amazing. Local guides were awesome, attentive, and super helpful. Horses were in great shape and did an incredible job navigating the terrain after a rainfall just a day or two prior.Raymond is a treasure in the gift shop. Amber, torgugas, medicinal mahajuana, whatever you need.Food was incredible. Slaw with the pico on top. The pasta salad. Pechugos de pollo. Présidentés available as well. Muy, muy bueno!Then there’s the waterfall. No images due it justice. Some cool enclaves under it and tons of amazing photo ops. Pro tip: Go early and snap pics upon arrival before it gets crowded.

Really good ride with Angel, Martin, Yorfi, Johan and Pedro. Astonishing views and incredible jungle, very nice people, I really linked it.

Full day from mountain to the beach ! We loved Limon Cascade with lovely horse riding walk. horse guides took care of us and our staff and they clean every day after tourist left so the forest keep clean. Bacardi island is a paradise without sargazo!! it is a long day… but it deserve it !!

Very fun!! I had wanted to zip line for the longest time and this did not disappoint. Yes it does get hot but just dress in athletic wear and keep your water handy. While you go, the view is beautiful and breeze feels great.

They came picked us up, and treated us with with respect and didnt ask for any tips or anything like other tours in the Dominican Republic, usually ever other tour they ask for tips or insist very uncomfortable. But these people were professional, helpful, and very nice. You can tell Joel y Jairo are very educated. I really had a good time with them. They made my last day worth it, and they very concern with your safety. As a veteran I know the difference and these people are good people. The price was good as well. I highly recommend them to all my military, law enforcer and citizen...In 40 years I never seen such a awesome, professional group⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you
