I really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it. Our tour guide, Erkan, was excellent—very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He did a great job making the tour interesting and enjoyable, and I learned a lot along the way. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend both the tour and Erkan as a guide to others.

We spent a really enjoyable day with Ivo. He is really knowledgeable about Bulgaria, it's nature, history (ancient and modern), food, culture and what makes the Rhodope mountain area particularly special. We talked culture, history, politics and philosophy, and life in general, but we also enjoyed long moments of quiet peaceful contemplating just being in this special place. His passion and spirit really rubbed off on us; he has a wise head on young shoulders. We felt we really connected with this special area and culture. Thanks so much for an enjoyable and educational day!

The view of the natural bridges is very interesting and unique. The traditional restaurant is good. The guide Adrian proved to be knowledgeable, helpful, and punctual. They accepted a street that was not listed in their directory as a pickup location, making the trip easier for us. Everything met our expectations... It is definitely worth it.

Fantastic trip with lots of interesting sights. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job guiding us through the history of perperikon and the other sights. I highly recommend this trip, you will learn a lot and have a great time!

Due to our error, we mistakenly booked an excursion on the wrong date and missed it. However Chris was both understanding and accommodating, quickly putting together another option for us that fit our schedule without losing our original payment or encurring no-show penalty. It all worked out wonderfully because we experienced an amazing tour of Plovdiv! Guided by Alex who shared his expertise, knowledge and insights we were able to experience the ancient city of Plovdiv with a deeper understanding and appreciation for its history and beauty. Additionally, our guide Alex went above and beyond by helping us capture photographic memories, looking after our safety and comfort, recommending places to dine/dessert and shop. Bravo to Chris, Alex and their team. We hope to be able enjoy their services the next time we visit Bulgaria again.

Amazing experience! Natalia is a wonderful guide, and we immensely enjoyed all the wonders of Plovdiv. Three hours went by in a flash, and we could have spent another three listening to her stories about the past!

I went on the Jewish Walking Tour of Plovdiv for my birthday, and it was such a fun and meaningful way to celebrate. The tour offered a fascinating look at Plovdiv’s Jewish history while also taking us through several important landmarks around the city.Alex, our tour guide, is literally an academic, and his depth of knowledge really showed throughout the tour. He was incredibly intelligent, engaging, and thoughtful in the way he explained the history. He also answered all of our questions thoroughly, and I learned so much while still feeling like the experience was relaxed and enjoyable.I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in Jewish history, Bulgarian history, or simply looking for a unique activity in Plovdiv.

If you want a day trip from Polvdiv to explore the Valley of Thracian Kings, Rose Valley and Buzludzha Monument then look no further! Smooth from time of booking with fast confirmation and clear communication of the plan. My guide Lyuben was a legend! Very friendly, funny, and accommodating. He added lots of interesting facts along the way. The destinations were unique and very special- highly recommend. There was optional things to see and Lyuben always gave me a choice. Pick up from hotel and drop off back in Polvdiv wherever I wanted, which was extremely convenient.

Originally I was on the fence about this tour as my time was limited in Plovdiv. Judging by the pictures on the Google the site looked underwhelming. I was TOTALLY WRONG. The site is beautiful and massive. Pictures will never do it justice. Our tour guide Adrian showed up on time (communication was seamless) and went out of his way to pick us up from an area of Plovdiv that is not easy to drive through. Once on route he started describing the region and all of the history. The site is breathtaking and Adrian made it even better with his funny and intelligent narration. He is without a doubt the most knowledgeable person I have ever met about that era of history. He was able to relate the information to me in a way it made sense and now I want to learn more. You are silly to book this tour through any other tour guide. It is not the cheapest tour but I can assure you it is worth every penny. This is the first review I have posted in my entire life. That’s how happy I was with the entire experience. Thank you Adrian. You have set the standard to which I will compare any other guided tour I will ever take. BOOK THIS TOUR!!!! You won’t regret any of it.

Our guide, Natalia, gave us so much additional information to what was on the audioguide. She had profound knowledge about the city and passed that on to us in a very entertaining way. Would totally recommend this tour to fully appreciate the bwauty of this city.

This was an absolute delight of a day. Kamen was our guide, this is the second tour we took with him, and all we can say is that he went above all expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable of his country’s history and you can feel his delight in showing and sharing this town. The trip started with a drive throughout the countryside, then we saw the town centra square, a history packed bridge, then we saw three very distinctive homes, a church and its graves. We followed all this with a wonderful lunch with traditional cuisine and good conversation, then followed up with two more homes. I recommend this tour if you want to see a traditional and local side of Bulgaria and its culture. Now, if you can go with Kamen, he will turn a great trip to a magnificent lifetime experience.
