Good tour guides with lots of info. Anyone with a mobility impairment should knowthere is a very steep walk upwards from the dock to the train station. I also really liked that the genorousity with the sparkling wine and the care and attention from Lillian from start to finish.

They served us with all the time smiling from the picking up time of 9:15AM till 6:30 PM. Two family Quinta visits were the perfect selections. They even served us for tasting of 50 years white Porto. They waited for us until we finish our very long talk about history of Porto with a winery host. The lunch was with full of the local foods with wine. The one hour ride of a boat and to visit of two observation points were perfect. We loved Andreia and Valdemar. Thank you very much.

Andreia and her husband were truly unforgettable This was a great tour. Going to small winery and hearing there stories bought more understanding about the valley and their struggles.

Relaxing way to see the natural beauty of the Douro River Valley! Our guide was terrific, energetic and informative. The idea of taking a train back really made it special. Great way to spend the late afternoon, toasting with the bubbly!

Our captain Sergio and tour guide Ivo brought us on a nice, relaxing boat ride on The Duoro River. We learned facts about the area and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Duoro Tours did a great job.

Andrea is an incredible host with so much local knowledge! We visited 3 unique wineries that all had their own charm with tasty wine, which kept the day interesting. We also loved how we were able to stop at iconic viewpoints and not feel rushed about it, it was an added bonus to the wineries. Andrea and her husband are the nicest people and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Douro Valley.

We spent a full day touring the Douro Valley with Nuno from Grapeland, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire Portugal trip. Nuno was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the Douro and its wines, but what we appreciated most was that the day never felt scripted or like a standard tourist tour. He was personable, easy to spend the day with, and did a great job of adapting the experience to us and our interest in wine. We had already visited several wineries on our own during the trip, so we weren't looking for someone simply to drive us from tasting to tasting. Nuno added context about the region, the vineyards, the producers and life in the Douro that we never would have gotten traveling on our own. By the end of the day, it felt much more like exploring the Douro with a knowledgeable local friend than being on a tour. If we returned to the Douro, we would book with Grapeland and request Nuno again without hesitation.

Simply the best experience! We enjoyed 3 excellent winery tours along with a very knowledgeable explanation of the wine and port making process and history of the Douro Valley. We have experienced many wine tours over the years, but none as lovely as this. Highly recommended.

We loved this tour! Despite a mix up with our booking, we were able to join a group tour and had a fab time learning about the valley, taking in the scenery, meeting new people and tasting the wine. Crispim really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time.

We were running late and missed the boat , no problem! We emailed the office and they arranged an alternative immediately so we could catch the boat we missed at another location. So helpful and flexible! Lunch was fabulous!

Such a brilliant experience - Pedro picked us up directly from our Airbnb, took us to a fantatsic wine tasting before taking us for a traditional portuguese lunch, which was really delicious. The afternoon viewing of a cooperative winery was exquisite. We even had time for a quick swimming break, before enjoying an evening river cruise. Such a fantastic day - would recommend so highly!
