Niagara Falls Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Cheryl was very good ensuring we got in before big buses, and ensuring we enjoyed every venue -

My husband and I enjoyed our tour with Chris. He was young, but knowledgeable and so so patient with 4 older ladies in our group. They had all graduated from nursing school together 60 years ago so they had to be in their 80s. They weren't in the greatest shape to do a lot of walking, but Chris was so good to them and gave them assistance where needed. I was thoroughly impressed by him. We did the Journey Behind the Falls tour and the boat tour. Boy did we get wet on the boat tour. I recommend wearing clothes that dry quickly or bring an extra set with you. Wet jeans are no fun to walk around in afterward.

Great tour guide, had a great time and one ballot about the history

I took my mom to the falls the first time, we didn't know what to expect we booked this Bliss tour and it was highly awesome. It's just a little bit of walking but the walk is also beautiful and we recommend do the walking tour instead so you don't miss the sights which you miss going in the car. The tour guide gave us a great time and he we did not feel rushed at all. Beautiful day!

Recommend this tour from See Sight Tours. The small size of the group and the dedicated guide were both great and made the half-day very enjoyable.

We booked this trip for my mom's birthday. The van was a comfy minivan and our driver was upbeat and drove very safely. He pointed out landmarks and let us now where to meet our tour guide. The tour guide gave us plenty of time to explore the the area and answered all our questions. Really friendly locals who pointed out interesting facts. The ride back was smooth even as Toronto traffic made it long.

It was an awesome experience and Vic was the best tour guide ever!!

Such fun! Great tour. Christine was so great!

Great time! The falls are beautiful.

The tour was really nice, I highly recommend it, the bus picked us up on time and then took us to Niagra Falls, we had a pick up at 7am which was early but then we avoided the traffic on the way and also missed the busy time at the falls so we were able to enjoy it so it was not too crowded, we had Parminder showing us around for the day and she did such a good job of showing us everything and explaining, the company take care of everything for you so it’s stress free! Highly recommend

I'm afraid of heights and had a great time doing this. Mostly, I felt that my safety was taken into consideration when they pulled us aside and said that they wanted to wait for the wind to calm down before we went up. I appreciated that.Loved our pilot! He was friendly, professional, and really nice. It added to the experience.

It was very organized. Our tour guide was Parminder and she was wonderful. Very thoughtful and informative. She told us just what to do to make things go easier. Thanks to Parminder!

We had a great experience being driven around in a van to the locations and being able to skip the lines at the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. Super nice guide with great local insights. Highly recommend this tour!

The trip into the falls and seeing behind the falls was amazing. The walk along was beautiful. Our guide Candance was wonderful and an incredible guide.

Nancy was the best. She was fun to be with and showed us everything!!

My trip Guide was amazing. She was sweet as could be and knew a lot of cool things about the park. She was very inclusive and she gave us plenty of time to enjoy the cool spots we stopped at.
