Massachusetts was very friendly. He took the time to explain each dish carefully and the culture behind each course of each restaurant. The suggestions and background behind all the food greatly enhanced the experience and flavors.

Nathan was a superior tour guide and her English was perfect. Have toured other countries with Cool Destinations and sometimes it is very difficult to understand our guide. She also didn’t yammer in and in about facts that we all knew.

Fantastic tour today with Ken! He showed us around areas we would not have found otherwise and made time for what we were interested in. Thanks!

It was a delightful day with Hassan! Even though it was too cloudy to see Mt. Fuji, he provided a day of sunshine on our trip. He is friendly, charming, interesting, flexible and very patient and accommodating—he made the day easy and fun and thoroughly enjoyable for us.

The guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I really enjoyed the experience. I wish there was more time at the mountain and the otherstops, but I realize its already along day for the driver and guide. I would hoghly reccomend this trip and ask for Yuta if you can he is really an exemplary guide 🫶

I am happy to give Five stars to Akira! He took us on an unforgettable private tour through Shinjuku tonight. The food was phenomenal—especially the Wagyu beef. Akira made navigating Shinjuku so easy and fun. I highly recommend booking a tour with him!

Moe was absolutely incredible!!! Highly recommend the tour and with her specifically. She was so fun to spend the evening with and was so informative on everything we visited that evening. We loved spending time with her!

Mami was superb - learned a lot about Japanese culture and enjoyed the food and especially the bar food and beer at the end. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Kiki was fabulous - a lovely lady with clear and easy to understand English. Tour was was very informative and we had plenty of tastings scores a wide range of food - learnt so much about Japanese culture - cooking techniques and food in general. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

What an excellent tour we did today with Junko seeing the lovely district of Yanaka. Even though it drizzled the whole time we still enjoyed the wander though this old traditional part of Tokyo. Junko had really clear English and wonderful explanations of what we were seeing. The Tori gates of Nezu Shrine and its gorgeous surrounds was an absolute highlight. Finish up with a wander down snake st and Yanaka shopping street to the famous steps to end our fabulous tour.

Was a great day out despite the weather and not being able to see MT Fuji due to the clouds.Hassan our driver was great and very accomodating to our requests
