Great staff, great experience, very fun

Blu was my guide, she was extremely knowledgeable, I wish I had her for every tour. Very patient and kind! The tour was amazing she carefully directed us. And even gave a few fun facts along the way. I’m very grateful that she was our guide.

tuti, Diego, Danty and July are all amazinggg! i had a phenomenal time with my spouse. i was so scared to go in the water deep into the reef and they didn’t force me but let me still see the fish from beside the boat! the snacks were great and the drinks were very refreshing!! 10/10 and would recommend!

First off, not a scam. We had tour guide Blu. Her passion of safety with adventure was perfect for our family’s first time. We enjoyed all the fun facts. Based off the instructions provided, they were easy to follow from where to meet, what time, where to park, where to buy last second items, which items to take or not to the hike. She takes photos and videos so you can free up your hands. Blu deserves more recognition for all she does! Thank you Blu!

The staff at bio Bay made it a pleasurable experience for myself and my 83-year-old mother-in-law. They were exceptionally accommodating for her needs and did a wonderful job of helping us!

Great experience. All of the tour guides were wonderful. Lots of music, drinks and beautiful ocean make the trip excellent. Highly recommend, my favorite excursion on the island.

Celebrated my best friend’s 40th birthday with a group of 12 people. Luis , Nathan , Paola & crew were helpful, fun and made the experience amazing. Would highly recommend & am looking forward to doing it again ! 💙🇵🇷🛥️

The entire experience was amazing. We always go out of season. The guides went of there way to make sure we got to see turtles and reefs. Big or small groups I would book right away.

We had an amazing experience with Eli, Javier and Natalia during our 6pm bio bay tour. We were so happy we did this tour and will remember it forever! Such an amazing time! Would absolutely book again! Staff was super nice. The beach time was perfect.
