Albuquerque Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

This is a great introduction to the city of Albuquerque and what makes it special. We saw many interesting buildings and even a roadrunner. Shawna was an amazing driver in tight spots, and Blake was a very entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide. We didn’t have a lot of time to be in Albuquerque, so this was perfect for us to learn a lot in a short amount of time!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and outgoing. She answered all questions and gave insight I had never heard before.

Daniel was excellent! Smooth take off and smooth landing! It was a phenomenal experience and I am glad we went with Four Balloons!!

Great experience overall. Hit a ton of great locations, only location I would’ve liked to gone to is Hanks house but my wife and I went after the tour! Tour guides were great and very high energy.

My husband and I celebrated my 80th birthday with Daniel, his mom and their ground crew in the hot air balloon ride over Albuquerque! We loved how friendly and helpful they were throughout the whole adventure! I had a little trouble getting in and out of the basket but they knew just what to do. The champagne toast at the end included a prayer and everyone wished me happy birthday. Be sure to find a bathroom somewhere before you get to the meeting spot-we almost missed the transport van!

Fantastic experience and that’s saying a lot for a person who is afraid of heights. 😃 We were lucky enough to ride with Justin, co-owner of Elevated New Mexico. The entire experience was very well coordinated. They were communicative leading up to our ride. They let us know what to expect all the way up to take off. They sent text messages the night before to ensure we knew about weather updates that may occur and were just the best.The flight itself was amazing. I am afraid of heights. Justin put me at ease with his attention to detail and his methodical approach to the flight. He is personable as well. The ground crew, which included his wife Keisha, were well choreographed and a pleasure.

What an amazing experience! Alfred, Elroy, and Ethan helped make this adventure even more special. This was our first balloon ride, and it most certainly will not be our last! Thank you!

i had so much fun with my fiance! we are locals but we have never spent time learning about the history of old town or its ghosts! we will be back!

The High Noon tour was great, with interesting historical information. Our tour guide, Mary, was very knowledgeable and helpful. My 86 year old mother was able to keep up, no problem, and Mary found all the shady spots on a hot summer day. We really enjoyed it!
