Top Lisbon Yoga Classes

I was on a solo trip transiting Lisbon on may way to Porto. I had to kill some time so I decided to use this gym pass. It was a super experience and I was surprised by the variety of choices in the city! There is basically something for everyone and the process is super easy (just buy the pass, download the app, and check in). It's convenient and relatively cheap. I would definitely use it when I travel to other cities. I don't know if it exists elsewhere but definitely a great way to stay fit on a trip! (PS: I went to a Fitness Hut studio, this had all the equipment I needed, was pretty good!)

Great experience. Fun time on the beautiful beach! This is a great adventure! Yoga was so relaxing. Surfing experience was great!

I had an absolutely amazing time taking this lesson! Rita, my teacher, was so nice and gave everyone her full attention. She also gave a lot of great advice that helped a beginner like me ride a wave! The rest of the staff was so friendly, the photos turned out amazing, and I would definitely do this class again!

My friend and I did the yoga and surfing experience. It was so so good. Sofia was great as a yoga instructor and Nuno is fun to go surfing with, good in explaining what your doing and how to improve your surfing skills. Definitely worth your time to fit this in you trip to Lisbon ! I had never done either of them, I enjoyed it so much more then I thought I would. They will also give you tips for other activities around lisbon

I was all on my own and no one else had booked that day, so I did yoga one on one with Sofia (with her son photographing!) And then got a solo surf lessons with Nuno. They were both absolutely amazing and felt like friends I'd known for years. I was put completely at ease, and had a blast, not to mention actually rode a few waves, which I never imagined would happen in my first surf lesson!!! Nuno's level of patience is amazing, and he's an awesome teacher ;) I can't thank them enough, and I absolutely recommend this experience to anyone considering it!!!! From texts a couple days before, to checking in after and sending me all the photos same day, it absolutely could not have been better from start to finish.

I found in Get Stoked with Filipe a very different approach of surfing than the one described in the hundreds of surf camps' websites that seem to sell more of barbecues and booze than real alternative and local experiences. Filipe is an excellent instructor who has a beautiful and inspiring surfing style and who enjoys sharing the sea, the waves and his passion with others. I've learnt very quickly with Filipe how to catch waves, how to stand and I considerably improved my style in a week. After each session, Filipe shared the video footage of the day which had been a very useful tool to develop my surfing skills (plus it makes a great souvenir!). I also booked a yoga session on the beach one day, it was a perfect moment of mind resting and warm-up at the same time before jumping into the ocean! Filipe (and Carla - who manages the Lisbon Backpackers Guesthouse) are of those people who bring our experiences to life. So thank you very much for this amazing and unforgettable experience :) I definitely recommend and will book again!

This was a fun day of surfing , or at least attempting. there were 5 of us during the surf lesson. instructor was very personable and fun. he have a reccomendation for an amazing restaurant afterwards. the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because I also wanted the yoga lesson portion of the tour and it was cancelled. but i also want to state i was given a partial refund.

Everything was so easy! Filipe picked us up and we felt immediately comfortable. The Yoga session was nice and the surfing even better :. We were alone and both definitely want to go surfing again, next time for more than just one day. Filipe is calm and patient and has such a positive mindset. I loved hearing about his outlook on life and love on the way back to Lisbon. I recommend this trip to every newbie :
