Great tour. Francisco our driver was wonderful! He gave a very good description of the sites in Italian, then it was translated into English. The translation was very clear and easy to hear and understand. He would then point out the specifics from the translation. Super easy to follow. The tuk tuk can get down all the small streets and alley ways to see all the sights.

I found this experience by chance on GetYourGuide. And we had the great pleasure of meeting Francesco as our driver. An exquisite person of great culture. He made us appreciate Syracuse Ortigia in a special way. Highly recommended for families and for those who do not have much time available to move from one place to another but want to appreciate everything.

A most enjoyable tour of Ortigia.
Ayaman was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Everything he did for my mother and I was focused on making our experience with Velorbike tours comfortable and enjoyable. His English was excellent and his enthusiasm to give the best tour was charming. We have been in Ortigia for a few days but in one hour, we learnt so much more about it. We would highly recommend.

He is thoughtful, insightful, caring, and genuinely wants you to have a wonderful experience.We found Nino on the spur of the moment after a recommendation from a local guide, and it turned out to be perfect. We had a fantastic day visiting Mt. Etna and touring Siracusa with him. His knowledge, warmth, and personal attention made the entire day special.What really sets Nino apart is that he doesn’t treat you like a customer—he treats you like a friend. By the end of the day, that’s exactly how we felt.His English speaking is excellent and has a a very strong English vocabulary. If you’re looking for a driver and guide in Sicily, we couldn’t recommend Nino more highly!

What a great day!
We booked this tour to fill in the time that we had between arriving in Ortigia and hotel check-in time. And boy did we pick wisely. It was a wonderful afternoon. We saw sites we didn't even know existed and some that were definitely on our bucket list. But the real treat of the day was our guide Francesco. He was so knowledgeable and made the history come to life. It was a truly wonderful introduction to Ortigia/Syracuse. I highly recommend it. P S. Ask for Francesco. 😊

An unexpected experience
By pure chance, my family and I met Nicolas in front of the ruins of the Temple of Apollo... we didn't want to take a guided tour... but he, a true Aretusean in love with his city and the history of his land... won us all over by showing us the most important monuments, telling us anecdotes, stories, and dwelling on myths and legends... an unmissable tour that ended on a sweet note.. We want to thank Nicolas for his kindness, empathy, and competence... furthermore, the velobike is a Fun as well as very windy 😂

Great value day tour with an excellent local driver
We had a really great day on this tour and felt it was excellent value. Claudio was so knowledgeable and shared interesting insights about local life in Sicily, which made the experience much more enjoyable. He also gave us helpful guidance on what to visit in Ragusa, Noto, and Modica, and took us to an amazing chocolate place in Modica that we would never have found on our own. We had a last-minute change of driver, but Claudio handled everything very professionally and was excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area

We had booked a later pick up as unsure how long it would take to get through security. But we were early and the driver messaged to see how we were doing, he came early to the airport and met us inside. Really friendly driver, helped with the cases and great driving.
