We had a nice day (9-14 o‘clock) with good food, interesting facts about Sicilia and our very kind chef Salvo. We were a group of 4 persons, cooked Arancinos, Pasta alla norma and Cannoli. In addition, we visited the Capo market and had a small food tasting. The Meeting Point was easy to find. Thank you for the great experience :)

Family of 4 (kids 19 and 20). Collected from a meeting point. Experience was total of 16 people, as soon as we arrived wine and water was on the table but if you wanted anything else just had to ask. We made our own canoli cases, fried them, for the pizzas we had the squash and kneed the dough before making the toppings etc then filled the canoli cases now they'd cooled. The wine was none stop too and no corners cut. If you cant eat everything then you get given takeaway box's. Far far better than I expected (grumpy 54 year old bloke)

This was a fabulous experience! The people were amazing! Pietro greeted us and provided instructions while we sipped prosecco. We then went into the cooking stations where we met Simone!! He was a dancing chef and was awesome!! We all shared in the preparation of the tiramisu cream then each made our individual portions. After that came the pasta! We made the dough then rolled out noodles and ravioli. Afterwords we sat outside and had wine while we waited for our pasta to cook and be served. We met some amazing new friends from Sweden Germany and Malaysia! We HIGHLY recommend this experience!! Grazie Mille Carlo V and especially Chef Simone!!

We had the most wonderful cooking class with Graziella! From the moment we arrived at her home, she made us feel incredibly welcome and completely at ease. The whole experience was warm, relaxed, personal, and so much fun.Graziella is a phenomenal teacher — knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about Sicilian cooking. We learned so much from her, not just about the recipes themselves, but about the ingredients, techniques, and traditions behind the food. Everything felt very hands-on and authentic, and never rushed.And the food was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly rewarding to sit down together at the end and enjoy everything we had prepared.What made the experience especially memorable was Graziella herself. Being welcomed into her home made this feel like so much more than a cooking class — it felt like spending time with a wonderful local friend who genuinely wanted to share her love of Sicilian food and culture with us.This was truly one of the highlights of our time in Sicily. If you are looking for an authentic, relaxed, and unforgettable Sicilian cooking experience, book a class with Graziella. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

What an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived at Chef Carlo’s beautiful villa, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. The villa itself was absolutely spectacular, and the cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our trip.Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with ingredients straight from the garden. Chef Carlo made the entire experience so much fun while sharing his knowledge and love for cooking with us.And the cannoli… WOW! I have never been a fan of cannoli, but the ones we made were absolutely incredible. Fresh, perfectly sweet, and hands down the best I’ve ever had.If you’re looking for an authentic, memorable cooking experience, I cannot recommend Chef Carlo enough. Amazing food, beautiful surroundings, wonderful hospitality, and memories we will cherish forever. Truly a 10/10 experience!

This tour provided a delicious sampling of traditional Sicilian street food and a few wines. Our guide led us along main walkways and down side streets I might not have explored on my own. She provided an interesting summary of the food, sights, and history of Taormina and the surrounding area. I highly recommend this tour.

This class is 10000% worth your time and money!! My husband and I did this on our honeymoon and we’re blown away how amazing the experience is. Massimo is an incredible chef and teacher. Even learning how to better choose ingredients overall to the way to use them in dishes, to pasta making, it included it all. The meal from what we made was one of our favorites in Italy! We’ve even made one back home already!! I couldn’t recommend this class enough

My husband and I did this one evening during our holiday and absolutely loved it. The staff were fun, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.The restaurant itself was lovely, and the class was really well organised. We made our own pasta from scratch as well as pizza dough, with breaks in between where we were served food and drinks and had the chance to chat with others in the group. It was great meeting people from different parts of the world and sharing the experience together.The food was plentiful — we were served bread, dips, meats and cheeses with wine at one interval, and later enjoyed the pasta we made alongside our own pizza creations. Everything was delicious.If you’re looking for something a bit different to do rather than simply sitting down for a meal, I would 100% recommend giving this a try. It’s fun, social, hands‑on, and great value for money.
