This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia. Our host Tomaso was incredibly patient, warm, and welcoming, and took the time to share not only the recipes but also the culture, traditions, and stories behind Sardinian food. We dined at some amazing restaurants throughout Sardinia, but this experience, the food, the wine, the conversation, and the VIEW! , was by far one of the most memorable. Everything felt authentic and made with so much care. And the Mirto was absolutely incredible! I have tasted Mirto before, but never one this fantastic. More than just a cooking class, this was a beautiful cultural experience and one of our favorite memories from Sardinia. If you are visiting the island, do not miss it. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience of preparing the Sardinian pasta dish from scratch. Damiano explained and demonstrated the process so we could all create the correct pasta. We then shared the dish, along with wine and nibbles. There was friendly casual conversation within the group which made for an enjoyable time. I highly recommend this as a Sardinian event to remember.

Fantastic experience!
We had a fantastic time learning how to make Culurgiones with Damiano! We were part of a class of 8 which was a nice size group, everyone got along well and we were served wine, cheese, crackers and olives whilst making our pasta. The whole session was very relaxed and Damianos passion for Sardinian food was clear. He seemed to genuinely enjoy teaching everyone and discussing some of the many dishes and produce Sardinia has. A brilliant class that I would love to do again!

Ovan was fabulous. Very welcoming and professional and skillfull. He made sure everyone was included and assisted us all individually to make some great traditional Sardinian pasta. We had a wonderful time in the company of Federica, Sabina, Michele, and their family. The workshop allowed us to learn and practice in a supportive environment. We were able to ask our questions and get precise answers. We then ate our preparations and many other dishes during a family meal, in simplicity and good spirits, in a charming setting. I highly recommend this activity and will do it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for this beautiful moment that will remain in our memories.
