Mario, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun helping Giuseppe make mozzarella and our own Pizza with Marianna. We got to see & smell (lol) the animals (pigs, cows, and Martino the donkey). Great experience! The Nono Antonino wine was smooth and tasted good. A true Italian experience.

What a fantastic night we had with Ivan and his assistant. Learning how to make pasta from scratch and Tiramisu. Was a great night with welcome drinks and getting to eat what we made( Ravioli ) which was delicious and pasta sauce made from home grown tomatoes and a Lemocello made from the lemons in their garden. So much time was given to the 4 of us so we could all learn how to make the pasta and so much time we got from Ivan to realy enjoy our experience. Was not rushed atall. I would recommend this class 100% Such a welcoming family. Ivan wife picked us up and took us home 5hrs later. We were also given 2 pots of jam Lemon & orange made by themselves with their home grown fruits. 5*+++++ Go do it u won't regret it. Jams are delicious BTW.

Wondeful experience. Julie was our guide and was amazing. Stunning views! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Made delicious pizza, toured the property, tasted their cheeses (mozzarella and ricotta), tried their olive oil, AND limoncello. Highly recommend. Very friendly, polite and beautiful location.

A great afternoon with tasty food, friendly staff and lessons to take home
We booked for the group class at quite short notice and they were nothing but accommodating, even though they had no other people booked in for the day, which was great of them. We booked for the English speaking class, and our host spoke great English and was a lot of fun, giving lots of local history lessons along the way. They guide you through the entire process step by step of 3 great Italian dishes, jazzing them up in the kitchen using your ingredients to make a great meal.The entire staff, including from the farm when we got to milk the cows, were very welcoming and friendly as well.The whole thing was capped off by a trip to a great panoramic viewpoint of Ravello, Amalfi and the surrounding coast which was pretty well worth the cost of entry by itself.A couple things to bear in mind, the road to parking is a little bit tight so might be a struggle in anything wider than a Nissan Juke. Also, make sure you plan well for access if you do/don't have a car, as the way up from the coastal road take some manoeuvring and the system for fines/travel on the positano-salerno coastal road is a little confusing for tourists. (Only odd numbered reg plates can travel along on even numbered days and vice versa in peak months, worth a Google so you don't get caught out). All the signs for this are wordy and in Italian so make sure to be aware before you travel. I think bus routes are quite close so worth going this way instead if possible. Otherwise access from the Sorrento side is easy enough by car.

Wonderful, educational, hands on! The chef was informative and educated our group of four to make pasta, tiramisu, and bread. Pictures were taken and wine was drank throughout. I cannot wait to try everything at home. Recipes are included with the class. The cooking class is located next to his restaurant in Priano. Taxi is expensive from Positano, however the drive there was worth amazing.

This cooking class was the best experience I have had! Ivan is such an amazing person and will go above and beyond to make sure you have the most amazing class possible. He helped me plan and execute the most wonderful proposal while simultaneously teaching us how to make the best homemade Italian food I have ever eaten. If you are looking for a cooking class and trying to decide who to go with, choose Ivan. I promise you will not regret it.

Amazing cooking class. Not far from Almafi with a quick bus ride. Valentino was an incredible teacher and very welcoming. We are so glad we booked the cow milking experience! Definitely recommend as an experience in Italy.
