Liddia is an absolute delight! She came to the class at short notice as another teacher was unable to attend. She’s a natural teacher who is patient, friendly and kind to her students.I genuinely recommend the pizza and gelato making class - best I’ve ever had and I made it myself! I will definitely do a Towns of Sicily course again as the level of professionalism is brilliant. Thank you for creating a wonderful holiday memory.

We had the best time with Chef Ugo! He is very passionate about his craft and explained everything very well. It was just the 2 of us and it truly is in his garage/lab as he calls it! We made 2 different pastas and tiramisu. All were very delicious and I would highly recommend this if you want a cooking class in Palermo!

Had a great cooking class experience with Carlo. He showed my girlfriend and I how to make pasta and cannolis from scratch. He also took us through his garden and we picked fresh vegetables for a caprese salad. Would highly recommend and go back if I got the chance.

Great experience with a fun group. Chef Mike put together a perfect menu. We cooked the meal (lunch) as a group, mostly chopping ingredients. Taking us to the Capo Market gave us a real local feel. Chef Mike gave us so many cooking tips and perspectives and was so patient answering questions.

Giovannie is a very likable host. He made this experience feel like a family event. Working under his direction was like being in the kitchen with your chef brother. Creating and chating like you would at the family table. The best meal comes from the preparation. So much great food was enjoyed on Giovannie and Robeorta's roof top terrace. Gazzie Melli Giovannie for shareing so much about your family history and your knowledge of Sicily. We won't forget you or this evening.

We had such a wonderful time with family learning the art—and even a little of the chemistry—of making pasta from scratch. We also learned how to prepare eggplant marinara sauce with breaded cod, followed by a fantastic Sicilian biscotti.Mamma, our translator, and everyone working behind the scenes were just wonderful and made us feel right at home. It was a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience.Honestly, it was one of the best few hours we could have spent, especially getting away from the end-of-summer heat and humidity in Palermo. A truly enjoyable experience!

We had a great time at our pasta and tiramisu making class with Carlotta! She was so kind and engaging - very thorough in her explanation for making the pasta and giving us a hands-on experience. We made both tortolloni and tagliatelle which were absolutely delicious! We were so grateful to be welcomed into Carlotta's home and eat with her the fruits of our labor! So fun, and highly recommend!

Great family experience
My family had a wonderful time cooking with Francesca. The majority of the ingredients came directly from her garden, super fresh and tasty. We made pasta from scratch, forming it into three different shapes. We then made three different sauces, each one very delicious. We then enjoyed the fruits of our labor, accompanied by local wine. Francesca was very patient and helpful with my 11 year old grandson, who ate the most pasta of all. Great family experience!

Great evening spent in Palerm
We can definitely recommend this cooking class to everyone! We had a really great evening with Alice and Francesco. Alice showed us many different types/shapes of pasta and shared really helpful tips and background information for the making of pasta. We also prepared a delicious tiramisu. As a vegetarian it was no problem at all and Alice checked our likes/dislikes with us in advance. After we made the pasta Alice and Francesco cooked for us as we had really nice starters and wine. The food was delicious. We had a lot of fun, shared great laughter and had a really nice and delicious dinner and local recommendations for our trip in Sicily. If we ever visit Palermo again we will come back for another cooking experience with Alice.
