A good insight to the history and craftsmanship of Waterford Crystal. The guide was friendly and we didn't feel rushed. Got to see some rare, fabulous and very expensive crystal works of art.

John was an amazing tour guide. Truly a great experience and highly recommend. Made it engaging and he truly has a love for the lighthouse and the history of the region. We came with a 12,9 & 7 year old and this is a great spot for families. Highly recommend walking the surrounding grounds and catching the spectacular views. We stayed in Duncannon and this was a well needed stop. We went early morning and got some amazing pictures.

Share a bit of the macabre with a look into the history of the Irish wake. No keeners here just stories from the origins of the wake and the way health is celebrated. Interesting and only 45 minutes long. Our guide Liam was perfectly suited to the drama.

We lucked out in finding Boru Adventures—Brian, the owner/operator was a gem, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and open to changes and suggestions. He also knew of great places to stop for food, and his suggestions for places to see were dead on—we added Cahir Castle to a visit to the Rock of Cashel on his suggestion and it was amazing. Definitely a 10/10!

Her storytelling, enthusiasm and way of interacting with us made us feel as though we had actually travelled back in time. It was much more than a museum tour — it was an immersive experience that allowed us to connect with the people, stories and atmosphere of Waterford’s past.She was absolutely brilliant and made the tour both entertaining and educational. You could really feel her passion for the history and for sharing it with visitors.Highly recommended!
