Our guide, Jorge, was very engaging and knowledgeable about Vigo’s culture and history. He was prompt, organized the group well, and answered all questions thoroughly.

The Rias Baixas day tour we had with Juanjo was one of the best days spent on our recent trip to Portugal and Spain, and was certainly the best of the various tours we booked.Juanjo picked us up from our hotel in Vigo exactly on time, and we visited 4 wineries in and around Cambados, in the Val do Salnés Albariño region. He filled us in on the history and practice involved in growing Albariño in Galicia, and what to look for when tasting. We now know a whole lot more than we did before, and Juanjo's years spent in the US meant he could speak colloquial English with humor and grace.The wineries he selected were excellent, and we bought several bottles to take on our onward trip. One of the wineries was also a restaurant, where we had a delicious (and quite inexpensive!) lunch.

Our excursion was great. Directions for pick up at cruise port were easy to follow. Bus ride there was filled with interesting commentary. Bonus that I missed in the description is that the walking tour would be in small groups which was great. The tour covered quite a bit plus we’re had some free time to enjoy the church and town on our own. We would definitely book with Shore Excursions again.

Very informative and enjoyable to walk around the city finding out about history and the culture. Jorge was wonderful and very friendly!Highly recommend!!

Very smooth experience. No problems with baggage transfers between hotels and very nice hotels along the way. Had no issues with Camino Ways, but wife had severe dehydration and heat exhaustion so some of the walking, and specifically some of the hills were challenging and having hotels pre-booked meant less flexibility. However, due to peak travel season, this cannot be avoided as without reservations many of the hotels would be unavailable. The Parador in Baiona was amazing, would recommend getting there a day early and booking a room the night before would definitely be worthwhile

A very entertaining and well-designed game for exploring some of Vigo's most popular tourist sites and learning about the city's history... congratulations, highly recommended.

She customized the day to our preferences and showed us incredible places and explained the historical context behind each. We experienced so much in just one day. We could not recommend this more highly!

This is a great walking tour of the old town. Alex is a wonderful tour guide with exceptional knowledge of the city and history of Vigo. Be ready to walk some hills. Our group enjoyed the tour very much.

This tour is a great way to visit the environs of Vigo and the mussle beds are fascinating. Give it a go!

This excursion from Vigo was outstanding. The itinerary was perfectly planned and showcased the best of Galicia and northern Portugal in a single, unforgettable day.Baiona was a charming first stop, with its historic old town and beautiful seaside views setting the tone for the day. Visiting the Real Mosteiro de Oia was a highlight.A Guarda was lovely, but the real showstopper was Monte de Santa Trega. The panoramic views from the top were simply spectacular, with sweeping vistas of the ocean, the Miño River, and the surrounding countryside. My sons and I loved walking among the ancient Celtic ruins and exploring the mountain tops.Crossing into Portugal to visit Valença was the perfect finale. Our guide was a perfect host in taking us to a charming, historic restaurant and determining the incredible menu for lunch. The impressive fortress walls, cobblestone streets, and shops created a wonderful environment.Everything ran smoothly, the scenery was stunning, and we never felt rushed. This excursion offers an incredible mix of history, culture, and natural beauty, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vigo.

Private and wonderful. Driver/guide was from Azores and took us to great sights sharing what life is like. Great tour personalized. Just the 2 of us so easy to get to many location and not stuck on huge bus.
