Fantastic experience. Saw lion in the dark on the way to the launch site. Lovely friendly crew who talked us through the whole process. Lukasz was our guide, really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in the balloon took part in spotting the wildlife from the air, saw so many animals. Fun landing and great breakfast afterwards. Serenaded by staff with some great songs at the end. What an experience!

This was a really fun and interesting experience. We were picked up at our hotel by Mwahdini and driven to the farm, where we were met by Abdi and then taken on a tour by Glassman. He showed us all of the plants and told us about their uses while his assistant made beautiful hats and bags out of leaves and flowers. We had a delicious lunch, with a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option, and had the opportunity to buy spices and perfumes/soaps. It’s obviously made for tourists, but is just lovely.

We had an outstanding tour with Mohammed. We learned so much and really enjoyed seeing the city with him. Highly recommend this tour on your first day!

My wife and I went on a balloon safari during our stay in Serengeti and it was incredible. I did one before with Miracle Experience during my last visit to Serengeti in 2022, and enjoyed it so much that I wanted to do it again....and I am very glad I did! It was an exhilarating ride and Serengeti from 1000 feet in the sky is an awe-inspiring experience. It looks very different from what it does at ground level and the vastness of the plains is breathtaking. Our pilot, Arturo, was excellent and he gave us a pleasant flight and a smooth landing. He also offered coffee during the flight and pointed out animals with his trained eye that we otherwise would have missed. The bush breakfast after landing was delicious and plentiful. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend going on a balloon safari with Miracle Experience.

We have just finished an incredible 5-day safari through Ngorongoro and the Serengeti as part of our honeymoon, and it was without a doubt one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had. While the incredible landscapes, wildlife and local culture made the trip unforgettable, our experience would not have been anywhere near as special without our guide, Raymond.From even before the safari began, Raymond was incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive. Throughout the entire trip, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Raymond is exceptionally knowledgeable, not only about the animals and their behaviour, but also about the parks, landscapes and local culture. His expertise meant that we learned so much while also getting to experience some truly incredible moments.What really stood out was how resourceful and dedicated Raymond was. He always seemed to know where to go and how to position the vehicle to give us the best possible views, and he genuinely went the extra mile to make sure we didn't miss anything. Whether it was finding animals that were difficult to spot, getting us into the perfect position for an incredible sighting, or simply making sure we were enjoying ourselves and have our favourite snacks to munch on, Raymond was constantly thinking about how to make our experience better.He was also incredibly considerate throughout the long safari days, always checking that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His calm, friendly and thoughtful nature made spending five days together on the road an absolute pleasure. We felt completely looked after from start to finish.The lodges we stayed at were also fantastic, with beautiful views, comfortable tents and delicious food, which made the experience even more enjoyable.We cannot recommend this safari highly enough, and we would especially recommend Raymond as a guide. He was a huge part of what made our honeymoon so unforgettable, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had him with us. If you are booking a safari, we would absolutely recommend requesting Raymond — his knowledge, dedication and genuine care for his guests make him an exceptional guide.

We had the best time on our honeymoon safari with Raymond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very hospitable, kind and fun to spend 5 days with. We were able to see the big 5 and the great migration TWICE. He knew the whole route from start to finish like the back of his hand. He knew every tree, river, lake etc. I couldn't recommend Raymond and Nature's Land Safari enough - from picking us up in Arusha to the full 5 days of safari it was more than we could have asked for. I will definitely be recommending any friends and family to use Nature's Land Safari and particularly Raymond! It was a joy to even have breakfast, lunches and dinners with Raymond where we got to know him on a personal level and understood more about the Tanzanian culture. Our Mother & Daughter trip to Lake Manayara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was beyond all expectations. Filbert, our guide, teacher and now friend, gave us the most unforgettable experience of Tanzanias wildlife, nature and its incredible people. We will definitely come again using Takims Holidays and we will be asking for Filbert. Asante Sana!

We made a game drive in Ngorongoro Crater with our guides Alex and Omar. They were really friendly and told us interesting information about the animals and environment. We laughed a lot and i can only recommend it.

Excelent guides Victor and Rafael, wonderful experince, you get to see first han how the Chagga people live and the scenery is great. Bikes were in very good condition. Im 61 in good physical condition went with all my family, my wife had an ebike the rest regular bikes, would consider this an intermediate ride. 550 mts elevación, 5 hr ride. GOOD NEWS is that if you hesitant you can always get an e-bike. Good luck

A great pilot. In the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. We were reassured during takeoff and landing. On the way, we were pointed out the animals and it turned out that beautiful photos of us had been taken

Amazing experience! Highly professional and friendly staff. Safety is their priority, we never felt concerned. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable from the initial briefing through the game drive to access the launch site through the trip and then the meal afterward. We were provided with several photos afterward. Touching down in the savannah for a champagne toast is a wonderful and thrilling experience never to be forgotten! I highly recommend Miracle Balloon Safaris!

Our city walk with Mohammad is recommended. With explanation, the history of Stone Town comes alive. The visit to the slavery museum was impressive.
