This ghost tour with the Black Widow is absolutely brilliant. The Black Widow is haunting and historically informative. A few laughs on the way round - no actual spectres on this occasion, but delightfully spooky. Highly recommended

The Black Widow was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide of the darker side of Scarborough. Her costume added to the atmosphere and the small group meant that everyone could hear.

This ghost tour was a brilliant mix of history, humour, and eerie storytelling. The guide brought the town’s past to life with vivid tales of smugglers, shipwrecks, and local legends, all delivered with just the right amount of spooky charm. a great way to see Scarborough from a completely different angle.

The Scarborough Ghost Walk was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The guide brought every story to life with humour, energy and proper local knowledge, mixing dark history with eerie legends in a way that keeps you hooked all the way round.We did the walk while it was still light, which gave us a great chance to see all the locations clearly — but you can tell this experience would be even more atmospheric on a darker evening. The stories, the setting and the guide’s delivery would really come into their own once the sun goes down.A fantastic mix of spooky tales, Scarborough history and good fun. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the area and want something a bit different.

Not too long a walk. Interesting information and a free ride back up into town via the cliff lift. Great way to spend an hour and a half.

We had a great evening learning of the dark side of Scarborough's history, of grim death and subsequent hautings, of nefarious pirates and their gruesome crimes - all told with great charm, warmth and laughter! Our Black Widow set a gentle pace through the town with a group of ten strangers, and the occasional passer by, to places that probably would not catch ones eye unless pointed out. All I can say is if you dear reader find yourself in Scarborough please book yourself a little piece of history and prepare to be entertained!

An amusing glimpse into the darker side of Scarborough's history with great asides to lighten the grim tales of ghastly death and subsequent hauntings! Our Black Widow was excellent, setting a steady pace for a mixed group of ten strangers, giving us the pleasure/benefit of her historian background with great charm, alarm and laughter1 Many thanks for a terrific evening.

The lady was vey entertaining-spoke well and very clearly. Although there were nearly 20 in the group no one had difficulty hearing her. She is quite theatrical and made it fun! Told us lots of stories about various murders and tales of 'derring do'. Showed us around the old town of Scarborough. We had a trip on one of Scarborough's famous lifts from beach level to the top which was good.

This is a fun and informative tour part ghost tour part history all fun. We were a group of 14 mixed ages and all loved it Leah the guide is passionate whilst not taking herself to seriously. Good humour and spooky tales what’s not to love. Thanks for having us.

Really good experience. Lots of history told. Found out lots of good information about Scarborough going back years and years.

Thankfully, the only thing scary were the stories! The rest of the experience was absolutely wonderful, the guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout and is clearly well versed and experienced. 10/10, I've already recommended my friends go on the tour as soon as they can!

We really Enjoyed this tour last night. Me and my Partner wasn’t sure if our teens would be interested. The black widow has us all gripped from the start. Very informative and happy to answer any questions from the children. They all had a history lesson and Talked about it all the way home! Thank you.
