During our trip to Cantabria, we visited Pujadò Solano and I can say that it was one of the best experiences of the entire vacation. We visited the factory during processing, saw all the production phases up close, personally prepared four fillets, and learned how to make Gildas. The final tasting was excellent and allowed us to understand even better the quality of the product and all the work that goes into every fillet. A special thanks to the guide and the filleting instructor, both very knowledgeable, very kind, and very nice. All the staff also made us feel truly welcomed. We also met wonderful people with whom we shared the visit and the tasting.

A very pleasant visit thanks to Mrs. Sun, who initially described the activities of this establishment, explained who works there, always with her smile. She then shared behind-the-scenes stories and little anecdotes about that place, expressing all her passion for her work! Finally, a tasting of their products was offered, true delights for the palate!!! Thanks to Sun and all the staff!!!

Lots of complete information, they orient you to the surroundings and the visit does not involve much walking. They gave us a book with information about Santoña, it is not about listening to someone talk the whole time, it is also just looking. We watched a 4 min video at the factory and they are open to questions. They were very kind and attentive.

It is a family business that produces anchovies manually of very good quality. We were at Easter and even though it was not season a lady came to make a demonstration of how anchovy is made.

Yesterday we did the visit and tasting and we could not like it anymore. They explained in detail the process of preparing the boat before fishing, fishing and the whole process of preparation until placing in the can, even gave us a demonstration. They were very attentive and the tasting delicious. Recommended 100%

It is highly recommended that you spend two hours that you do not know , we were attended by Sole a professional who taught us a lot , with a joy and to say of the tasting of the end all very good and put with a love.thanks Sole for the treatment received ,from here I ask the boss or boss of Sole that this girl deserves a raise. The visit was very interesting in discovering an artisanal anchovy workshop. Unexpectedly, there was no smell of fish. The guide made us get dressed and listen to her explain for 20 minutes in a hot and noisy hallway. This was not pleasant. Instead, the visit to the workshops and the experience of cleaning an anchovy was rewarding, especially at the end with the tastings. Highly recommended
