Really pleasant experience underwater with photos and videos from the instructor, 3 small stations to see, and plenty of fish First experience at this level underwater

A very exciting experience! The instructor was very attentive and supportive, especially because I don’t know how to swim. We took several amazing underwater photos and videos, which are available for an additional fee. Communication was also very quick and efficient. I needed to change the time directly with them, and they responded very quickly. Highly recommend!

This activity is exactly as advertised. I had no problem. I highly recommend, if concern.

Simply perfect! From the reception to the completion of the activity, everything was wonderful! The landscape at the bottom of the sea is a differential in relation and I could still pay for the photos with pix. I loved it and recommend it!!!!

Their direction took us to a different area which was 15 minutes away on our GPS. Once we arrived, we showed the lady working at the booth that there directions took us to another area, so we had to type the Aquataumus name in the GPS to get there, she didn’t care and because we were 15 minutes late, made us pay in cash $80,000 Colombian pesos or $28 US Dollars after we already paid everything on Cool Destinations or we would lose our reservations. Once we paid and were in the water, we had fun, but felt really rushed. My wife doesn’t swim well, so this was perfect for her to do an underwater experience . We paid 100,000 Colombian pesos more ($34 US Dollars) for some great photos & videos of ourselves underwater. The guides were awesome and we felt really safe. I don’t like giving bad reviews so hopefully the administration workers could improve on a few things and really make this a 5 star experience for everyone with better directions and not making people pay extra for being a little late because of the horrible directions.

Incredible and impervious tour. Super safe and very quiet since we breathe with a lot of peace and we receive all the safety instructions. The fish stay around us as they are fed at this time. For those who have sensitivity due to pressure in the ear, the indicated manoeuvres well fulfill their role. It is not possible to take our own photos and the photographer is quite more or less.

This helmet diving and parasailing are the best activities here in San Andres. There is no boat ride. Lockers are nice and free. The underwater guide is very good and even lets you know how to pose. The photos and videos cost $25 but are worth it.

A pleasant and beautiful experience, they assist you at all times and for an extra value you can buy photos and videos of your adventure. If you can’t dive it’s a great idea to dive in and see their beautiful fish and others.

The Aquanautas experience is absolutely incredible — but it’s important to take it at your own pace. The helmet weighs around 32kg, which can feel heavy and slightly claustrophobic at first, and the ear pressure needs to be carefully managed as you descend each step toward the ocean floor.Once you reach the bottom — about 6 meters deep — you're surrounded by a variety of colorful fish, a stingray, and a beautifully designed underwater setting that clearly reflects the care and attention of the team.An outstanding experience, delivered by a truly professional and friendly crew.Highly recommended.
