Rovinj 2026 Calendar of Events

We had such a great time with Miro and his two dogs, as we walked through the beautiful forest around Motovun, Croatia. The dogs sniffed out several black truffles today, and then we ate them as a delicious brunch was prepared for us! Highly recommend this adventure if you’re anywhere near Motovun area!

If our five organized tours in Croatia so far, this was a favorite for several of us. We had perfect weather, which helped, but Nikola was an excellent captain and tour guide. The boat trip was very pleasant. He stopped several times when we spotted dolphins, and he brought us to two great swimming spots. The water is very clear and we could see a decent amount of fish with the mask and snorkel. A stop for a drink at the Pirate’s Cove in Lim Fjord was also a highlight. Very glad we did this trip.

It’s a charming and fun tour to immerse yourself a bit deeper in the city’s history and landmarks. We did it with my partner, and it was a great little exploration and experience to look for the next spots, read the descriptions to each other, explore the secret tips... It included recommendations for beaches, special views, bars, restaurants.Such a great idea, we’ll definitely look you guys up during a visit to another city! Thank you for the great time!😊🫶

It was a wonderful and unique experience for us. We booked very lastminute, and have never ever been in kayaking tour. Our 9 and 11 years old boys feeled comfortable and safe so as we. The equipment, the tour management and the tourist information were perfect and we felt that price/value was very good. We would come back again and try the highest cliffjumping!

What an amazing experience! Fantastic walking through forest finding truffles, amazing food, conversation and learning about truffles and Croatia. A must do!

Beautiful paddle with exquisite views of Old Town Rovinj, a snorkel stop and a jump of a cliff if you choose!! Our guide was knowledgeable and terrific!

I had a great time on this tour with guide Sini! We had a small group which made it very easy to get around and spend a bit more time in the places that interested us. I especially liked visiting Motovun and trying out the truffles and olive oil. Eating at an Anthony Bourdain approved restaurant there was also a highlight! Sini provided us with great historical and cultural information. Driving around the hillside towns, hearing about the area, and admiring the scenery made a perfect day for me. I highly recommend this tour and other tours by Istria Tours!

This was a wonderful kayak tour. We enjoyed it very much. You also get a lot of information. You just have to be prepared to put in a little effort.

We spent a wonderful day with Sini, diving into history and visiting beautiful places in the heart of Istria. We chose a private tour to Motovun, Grožnjan, and Pazin. We were picked up right on time from our apartment in Pula in a comfortable van. On the way to Grožnjan, we stopped at a viewpoint overlooking the Leme Canal, known as the Lim Fjord. Beautiful views. During the trip, Sini treated us to a wealth of interesting facts about the places we passed, as well as the history of the entire Istria region. Grožnjan charmed us with its artistic atmosphere. It is well worth stopping and soaking in the soul of this town at a leisurely pace. Definitely unlike any other. Next was Motovun, featuring stunning views from the town walls, an olive oil and truffle tasting, and a fantastic lunch. I will just say that every place Sini recommended, I had checked beforehand and they were already on my wishlist. I won't list them here—just trust Sini, and you certainly won't be disappointed 😊 Finally, a short stop in Pazin—the Citadel, the castle, and the magnificent view of the Pazin Cave (Pazinska Jama). The return trip to Pula was smooth and peaceful, which just goes to show that besides being a great guide, Sini is also an excellent driver. To sum up, I warmly recommend any of the tours offered by Sini. Extensive historical knowledge combined with local hospitality guarantees a successful day 😊

We did the Parenzana Trail bike tour in Croatia and had a wonderful time. Our guide, Danijel Šestan, was fantastic! Not only a skilled bike leader and expert, but also a great history teacher who brought the trail to life along the way. The e-bikes were top quality, which made the whole ride a pleasure. My wife and I enjoyed every minute of it. We highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful family excursion with beautiful scenery and very good company. Neso and Niki are excellent guides and all around good people. I would highly recommend this tour.

We booked this really great 4-hour tour with Mateo as a family and were totally thrilled. Mateo completely adapted to our needs and the kids; we saw a lot and everyone had a great time. Anytime again! 100% recommended!

We loved the whole tour with our host Luka, who is a very kind person! The kayak was very safe and it was very easy to learn how to navigate it. We had two stops on two lovely islands. It was a very fabulous adventure. Very much recommended!

This is primarily a walking tour that provides insight into Rijecka (history, purpose, current state). Sonja did an excellent job of providing interesting pertinent information about the city we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had such a wonderful time and our local guide was terrific and helped us really get a sense of Rovinj.
