Good overall experience with Obird Tour. The staff were friendly, professional, and the tour was well organized. The boat and service were good, and everything ran smoothly. However, if you have snorkeled in places like Bali before, you may find the coral reefs here less impressive. The water was nice, and there were some fish to see, but the marine life and coral diversity were not as vibrant as some of the top snorkeling destinations in Indonesia. Still, it was an enjoyable day and a good way to explore the islands around Phu Quoc.

OnBird Phu Quoc runs a great snorkeling tour with a strong focus on safety and guest comfort. They picked us up on time from our hotel, transferred us to the harbor, and took our small group of about 10 by speedboat to several snorkeling spots.The first stop had plentiful coral and was the highlight underwater. The second spot was a bit more barren, while the final stop was a beach area shared by other snorkeling groups, with restaurants, restrooms, showers, shaded areas, plus a complimentary fruit plate and beer.What stood out most was the staff. I had a few moments where I felt nervous, and they were always close by, reassuring, and attentive. I always felt safe with them.One recommendation: bring or rent a long-sleeve swim shirt. After snorkeling, we had small itchy welts that likely could have been avoided with better protective gear.Overall, highly recommend OnBird for a safe, professional, and enjoyable snorkeling experience in Phu Quoc. The water was beautiful and warm!

We wanted to experience Phu Quoc island and what it had to offer and this tour didn’t disappoint. Our tour guide “Hoa” made us feel welcomed and keen to share the history of this island. A beautiful lunch was provided, packed full of flavour. The cable car experience was fantastic although the huge crowd attempting to return at the end of the day was like lining up for a Disney ride during peak season. The coconut prison was a standout for us and demonstrated the cruelty during the war. Highly recommend this trip. Only needed to see the south IMO as there were starfish at Sao Beach (rare occurrence).

Our tour guide Ren was honestly the best guide we’ve ever had. I genuinely think he should do stand-up comedy because he is so entertaining, funny, and charismatic, while also being incredibly knowledgeable. He seemed to know a little bit about everything, and it made the whole experience so enjoyable just hanging out and chatting with him throughout the day.He was also extremely proactive, helpful with every request, and clearly cared a lot about making sure everyone had a great experience. One small piece of feedback for future visitors would be encouraging people not to take starfish out of the water for too long when taking photos. It would be great to remind guests to keep them in the water as much as possible.We had such a good time, and if we come back, we would 100% do another tour with Ren and John’s Tours again.

We had Ren as our tour guide and he was great. It was well organised and informative. Loved tasting the local honey. The kayaking was fun.

Our guide Patrick was engaging, witty and attentive, making sure that we were comfortable with the equipment and safety requirements. We opted for a private tour which allowed us to dictate the amount of time we spent at the last stop. Fish and coral variety was beautiful, the entire experience was perfect for us and our teenagers!

The overall experience me and my family had was above our expectations. We were a 30 people big group on a speed boat, but that wasn't a problem. At our first stop we changed into swimsuits and those who wanted to try SeaWalking stayed behind while our half of the group went snorkeling at our next island. We were given proper equipment and both snorkeling spots were beautiful. Even those who could not swim were provided with life jackets, so they could enjoy sea life too. The lunch, which was included in the price, was good - before the trip we were asked about our allergies and whether we were vegan or not. After that we went to the last island with cable car - before we departed we had approximately 1,5 h for water park (also included in the price). Me and my family are not the biggest fans of water parks, but there were many other attractions we enjoyed nonetheless (like a Fruit Festival). The cable car ride lasted around 25 minutes and the view was breathtaking - worth it! Through the whole trip our tour guide took good care of us - after each stop he checked all participants and provided all necessary information. His English was very easy to understand and he had a great humour (he said that his name is pronounced Tea - for us non-Vietnamese speaking much easier to say xd). Other staff members were polite and friendly and we had the best experience overall.

Overall we had a great time on this tour, and it provided excellent value for money. For an additional cost we arranged hotel transfers, and this was worth it. A private car arrived and took us to the first meeting point.Our first activity was kayaking on the Cua Can river, which was well organised and we had a great time. We had about 40 mins and the scenery and water was beautiful. There was an option for a less active shared boat tour for those not wishing to kayak.Next up was a visit to a silk farm, via the tour bus. This one was slightly misleading, though we understood! We had 5 mins of education about silk production, but following that we were taken into a kind of sales boardroom and pitched a whole lot of silk items for sale and asked what we wanted to buy. Didn’t really feel like part of a ‘tour’ itinerary, but we admired the enterprise!Then we had a guided hike (though definitely more of a walk - easy terrain and no inclines) through the jungle to starfish bay. The jungle was pretty and there were so many starfish when we got to the bay.Back on the bus to a floating village where we had an hour for lunch. The included lunch was a buffet of rice, veg dishes, meat dishes, and salad. We had chosen the option not including lunch, so ordered from the menu, which I actually preferred, to have the choice. We ordered a seeet and sour pork, and a satay Cobia steak. The Cobia was sensational - one of the best fish dishes we’d had. Super fresh and tasty. The floating village was very picturesque and interesting to see.We then had boat transfer to the Starfish Beach, which wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds available (for 50k per person). We had two hours to relax on the beach and swim in the sea. Sea was warm and water was clean. Plenty of starfish to see too.Boat transfer back to the bus, and then we were dropped off back at our resort.Our tour guide wasn’t too controlling and allowed a lot of freedom within the day, which we enjoyed. So it felt more like we could explore rather than being told what to do.

Shoutout to Mr. Tee for organizing an amazing day trip in North Phu Quoc! 🚣‍♂️✨ We loved the river boats, and the bee farm, but Starfish Beach stole the show. Everything was so well-organized. Highly recommend if you're visiting in January!

Awesome tour of the 4 islands, cable car and aquatopia. Well managed and thanks to Mr Tee for taking care of us and guiding us throughout the day tour. The views are breathtaking from the cable car The sea walk was a separate paid service but worth the money spent with clear views of corals and fishes. The torquise waters of the Islands will be lasting memory for me. Must visit.
