Exceptional !!!
I honestly couldn't recommend this tour enough. My friends and I were very fortunate to have a whole boat by ourselves and we really had enjoyed the lush greenery & pristine sea life that Palau has to offer.We did around four snorkels at different spots with our guide Theo, whom is an absolute legend himself. My swimming skill is beginner level at most, and Theo was very patient and made sure I was taken care of at all times. He's also very down to earth and friendly, from a brief conversation we had while having lunch on a remote island. One excellent guide is all it takes to make a trip from being a decent experience to an exceptional one.If any, please remember to bring reef-friendly sunscreen or wear long sleeves to avoid looking red like a baked lobster afterwards. For the price conscious folks, there was a one-off fee of $114 for fuel on top of the $50 entry fee as of May 2026. If you're going to pay the fee anyways with other operators, you might as well choose the best one!All in all, thank you Neco Marine, Aida our booking agent & Theo our tour guide for making it such a memorable experience for my friends and I in Palau!

Outstanding Excursion!
Absolutely fantastic excursion. We would fully recommend this. The staff was very attentive and made sure everyone’s equipment fitted properly and had everything we needed. The experience itself was out of this world, please don’t miss it, even if you are a non swimmer (like I am). You can see so many beautiful fish from the boat and the islands themselves are spectacular. This company is fabulous and very trustworthy. Thanks you team Neco!

Book it! Unforgettable experience
This was insane! 6-7 hours boat tour with different (wonderful) snorkeling stops. Lunch on an island with breathtaking views. Couldn't recommend more and would do it all over again! A day that I will never forget. Just book it!

The best Rock Islands Tour!
Great service all around from staff at registration to the crew on the boat! I’ve been to the Rock Islands several times, but this was hands down the best. We got to see more during this tour than we had ever seen in the last 10 plus years. Special kudos to the boat crew - Charlie, Clayton and RJ (or was it JR?). They went out of their way to make sure all went well safely. Awesome job everyone!

Perfect choice in Palau
I was very happy with Neco Marine Tours. We booked 2 private tours with them - Rock Islands/Jellyfish lake and Peleliu 1/2 day WW2 tour with 2 tanks dive and both were absolute top notch service. From the beginning of our communication, when as the only tour operator from all I contacted in Palau, they provided us with a lot of information about Palau in general in advance even without knowing, whether we book with them or not; until the very end when they even reimbursed us money for not used gas in the boat. All staff was very sympathetic and kind, from agents in the office until the crew of both of our tours. We had fantastic day in Rock Islands and one of the best dive in Palau. Also, I must recommend the Peleliu WW2 tour! Very informative about such a massive and important battle! All tour guides were very attentive and both captains were pros. Also, the pricing was very reasonable for the service we got. If you seek a customer oriented experience, Neco Marine should be your choice!

Best Snorkel Experience Ever
Neco Marine is an excellent operation. We came to Palau to snorkel. We were not disappointed. We took 4 tours with Neco Marine. The first tour we paid for the 3 person minimum. We went to some of the East side sites. The "hidden lake" was very unusual . It is reached from a tunnel with about 8 inches of clearance. My snorkel was scraping the ceiling of the tunnel. In the lake, we saw many Golden Jellyfish. We were told there were very few in the actual Jellyfish lake. The included lunch was excellent. We had the grilled fish bento box. The next 3 tours were of the Rock Islands. Joel was an excellent guide. He spotted 4 Manta Rays in the German Channel. The Best Snorkel day ever.

Neco marine is a very professional outfit. They were most helpful to me as I am a disabled person, almost 80. I was able to do everything, sometimes with a little physical assistance of the staff which was most gracious in their attitude.

An incredible day you'll never forget
Nilio and Captain Charlie were beyond excellent guides - very knowledgable and flexible around accommodating our wants/needs. Each site we visited was breathtakingly beautiful and we got to stay at each for just the right amount of time. The reef sharks at Shark City and our stunning island beach lunch spot were a huge highlight. Would recommend this tour to anyone in an instant!

Beautiful Tour and Great Company
This was an excellent tour and a great way to see many of the beautiful spots of this island country. Neco Marine is a great company with a wonderful guide (Olivia) and boat captain. The Company was very flexible when our plans changed due to weather. They also were very communicative and very upfront about the conditions at Jellyfish Lake. We saw about 2 dozen golden jellyfish and hope this population continues to grow back to previous levels. I would recommend this tour and Neco Marine.

Best snorkeling and land tour in the island
I had the best time snorkelling with my instructors Ben, Kayo and Joel as well as my full-day land tour with one of the most knowledgable guide about Palauan history: Stein. I highly recommend doing the jellyfish + snorkel (clamp + Japanese sunken ship) tour as well as the land-tour that brings you back to the real traditions first hand with a 70 year old guide from this beautiful tiny nations

Beautiful Day Trip
Was recommended this tour by our friends who had gone to Palau and of course its amazing.First you go to milky way and bathe and smear the milky sand all over you and you can jump in the water if you would like. It's in a small lagoon and there were lots of other tour boats there but it did not affect the tour at all since they all seemed to have their parking spots which were far enough away from each other.Then we leave and head off to jellyfish lake driving through the rock islands which are magnificent.Then we finally get to jellyfish lake! Before you get in you have to rinse off with fresh water before you take the small hike to the lake. Being able to swim with jellies who don't sting is a once in a lifetime opportunity that everyone should experience. Although I don't know how I feel about everyone using fins since people were swimming fast and hitting the jellies and some of them were being cut in half.There wasn't half as much jellies in the lake as advertised but I know that they have droughts sometimes so even seeing some was amazing.
By the time we got there, there was another tour group there but they left half way through our time there so we had the lake to ourselves and the rest of our small tour group.After we left jellyfish lake we went to an island and had lunch. It was a bento style lunch I gave my BF the meat and he swapped me for the veggies since I am vegetarian. After being able to spend sometime on the island we left and finished our tour with checking out different rock formations and seeing more of the small islands.Although this was a great tour if you are looking for a private tour (I STRONGLY RECOMMEND) we found Captain Johns information at the Palau Visitors Bureau (680) 778-7333. He took us out early to jellyfish lake and we were able to be the only ones there. He takes you wherever you want to go just call ahead of time to make an appointment.

Strongly recommend it!
We joined one day tour and we only have 2 people so it was like a private tour. Everything was awesome, including milky way, jellyfish lake and snorkelling around the rock islands. Many thanks to our guides and captain: Helen, Yuri, Serek and main guide Nilio. We will definitely choose Neco Marine again next time. 😊
