The company was wonderful at communicating. The entire tour was smooth. The guide spoke good English and was very knowledgeable.

This was an unbelievable tour, very moving. Pawel, the guide was exceptional, told us the story of Auschwitz in a way that helped us understand the place and what happened. He has been a guide for 19 years and the experience showed and greatly enhanced the experience. We travelled by train, which was about 5 min late to Oswiecim, and we arrived at the meeting place a couple of minutes before the due time of 13.50. Apologies to Royal Tours for cutting it fine, was a bit out of our control unfortunately! Royal Tours were very good in providing this tour.

Great tour, the driver is the master of time because the tour is packed. Our French-speaking guide (Majda I believe) was brilliant, she knew how to convey the history of the places and the spirit of remembrance to us with emotion and conviction. The tour is extremely rich and interesting, sometimes very emotional.

Be prepared for a very moving and sombre experience. The tour was well organised and pretty much as expected, with a knowledgeable and respectful guide.It was extremely hot when we visited, so I would strongly recommend taking plenty of water with you. We were glad we had brought our own. Lunch was supposed to be included but wasn’t provided, although this wasn’t a problem for us as we had taken snacks and there was an opportunity to buy food and drinks at the transfer station.Overall, it was a very worthwhile experience. It feels strange to describe a visit to Auschwitz as “enjoyable”, but it was certainly meaningful, informative and something I’m very glad we did.

The service was excellent, punctual, with courtesy. Our driver always attentive to our needs. The car was in excellent condition.

Excellence response time. I booked this the night before the tour, and they responded quickly. The driver was vert friendly and dependable.

The tour was very sad and moving. The hardship experienced by the imprisoned and murdered was detailed by the guide who was respectful and informative. The information given was respectful whilst explaining the experiences of people who spent time in both camps.

An amazing experience. The story is told in such a way that you can really imagine what it was like.

Everything worked super, got a little worried when I got a Whatsapp message from Royal tours a few days before departure from Sweden with a question about which hotel we stayed at. I then looked at reviews of Royal tours and found only bad except 2 pcs.However, they contacted us the day before the tour and moved the time from 9:30 to 11:30 (this was already stated when booking so we were prepared). We were 2 and the rest of the bus were big parties so I suspect they moved us to the same time the bigger parties booked.We got to tell what kind of lunch we wanted meat / veg and we got a pin to the pickup location. The driver was there 15 minutes early. He was with us all day.We met up with a guide and translator at the entrance who was with us all day in both museums. They were very knowledgeable and we got a lot of information that you could not read.My tip, don't be afraid to book with Royal Tours because of reviews.Mikael and Peter took very good care of us👍

Walking not for the faint of heart. Great experience to behold. Very overwhelming. It is a must see.

Hubert picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel in Krakow. He is such a friendly chap, lovely manners and respectful…oh and a very good careful driver. He gave us plenty of useful information regarding our stay in Krakow. We arranged for him to take us to Auschwitz, Birkenhau and the Salt Mines in the same day for a very good price! Hubert organised our entry tickets, guides and timings of our trip for the whole day! We were a group of two couples. Hubert also collected us from our hotel to take us back to the airport, dropping us right at the doors! He was very thoughtful and came early as the traffic was very heavy and he was concerned that we had a plane to catch. I would highly recommend Hubert to all travellers, very reliable!

Tomasz and Hubert were wonderful to us. They provided transportation to and from Krakow airport, along with private transportation to Aushwitz. They also arranged for a private guide for us at Aushwitz, which many people told us is difficult to obtain. We highly recommend the services of My Krakow Driver.

Guide was very informative and interesting. Cost was quite high but this is because we didn’t book before we left the uk and there were few dates available - book in advance. Tour was well organised, bus and meeting points advised. Kept up to date with the tour and plans. It’s very busy and felt rushed at times but this isn’t the tour guides fault - this is because of the sheer volume of visitors at the camps. Camps are vast, photography isn’t permitted at times. There are cafes at the sites if needed, lunch option was given. We travelled by train from Krakow Glowny.

It is a very interesting tour. The information was conveyed well. And you should be good on your feet. When booking, you must make sure that all persons are named. Personalized tickets are created. We were not informed of this by Cool Destinations and it was only thanks to the commitment of the local organizer that my fellow travelers were able to get in.

A little too much facts in numbers, a little heated with the groups going in close succession. But the experience was absolutely overwhelming.

Very well organized. Small group of a very reasonable size. We were able to visit in good conditions.
