Excellent all round experience but not sure the glass elevator is worth the extra cost to be honest; a 30 second pause at the top which doesn’t really give you anything more than the amazing views further down.

This is a very interesting exhibition for people who love true crime. I did not know what to expect but the exhibition gave insights into well known serial killers and different aspects of their psychology.

Zach did a great job. It was evident that he has experience in the performing arts! I appreciated his sense of humor, his vast knowledge of the Gilded Age, and his thoughtfulness in keeping us as dry a possible in the midst of a nasty nor'easter.

The boat ride was very pleasant (although it was a cool day and the protective windows were closed) it was very informative, lots of history in this area. Went into Canadian waters and under the international bridge connecting Canada n USA. Of course the major attraction was the Boldt Castle with 1.5 hrs visiting time. Crowd size was minimal because of the time of year, late September. Staff on the river cruise and at the Castle were very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable.

We were short on time so we opted out of guided tour, however the museum was so moving even without it. Would definitely plan on being here for about 2 hours if you’re leisurely going through it, says 3-4 hours for guided tour. I have lived through and read about 9/11 and still learned new things in this museum. Also seeing the scale of everything was really wild.

Ii found this quite emotional but beautifully done and very personal. It brought back memories of watching it happen on TV as in Scotland. I'd visited the World Trade Centre a year earlier which made it all the more personal. Well done to all those that made this the special place it is.

We've done a bunch of walking tours in NYC, and this one is definitely near the top of the list. Matthew was an amazing guide, so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does, which made the tour that much more enjoyable. We learned so much about the Gilded Age - the people, the money, the architecture - it was a fantastic opportunity that gave us historical context for things we've seen in movies and on TV. Matthew is such a professional, super entertaining, a great storyteller with helpful visual aids, and he was able to wrangle our group with ease. Highly recommend this tour!

This is an amazing experience so much to see , lots of different floors and views of the city , reasonably priced photography aswell which was nice . Great cafe at the top with lovely food nd snacks

The tour was fantastic. Just the right amount of time on the water and at Boldt Castle. We particularly appreciated the knowledge, stories and personable nature of our guide Liam.

Tommy was fabulous—extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and such a wonderful storyteller. He brought the history to life with so many fascinating facts and stories throughout the tour.Exploring the catacombs by candlelight was unique and incredibly well done. The candles were such a beautiful touch and made seeing the crypts feel even more intimate, historic, and special.I also loved the modern touches incorporated into the experience. The slides highlighting the individuals and families buried in the various crypts, along with their contributions to the history of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and New York City, added so much depth and context.Interesting, educational, beautifully presented, and unlike anything else we’ve done in New York. Tommy truly made the experience exceptional. **Highly recommend!**

It's a beautiful ride on the Hudson River. The weather was beautiful and the scenery was amazing! I would recommend!!!
