Great activity for families. The rope course with ziplines goes 3 floors high. Kids between 42 to 48 inches tall need to be accompanied by a parent with a ticket. There is a separate area for little kids. This place is safe, clean and well-staffed. There’s a fountain show to keep you entertained if you aren’t doing the rope course. Will definitely visit again.

The tour of Yale was very memorable, but I wish the grave yard was open. The stories the tour guide shared were good but he didn't seem like he was from the area

Our tour guide Lia was excellent. We had a private tour for a group of 21 of us. She was friendly, patient & insightful. Would highly suggest this to other groups. It was a great way to visit Yale in the dark.

Very nice overview. Loved being able to pause and take time to investigate certain places. We even went back to the burger joint!

Lots of fun. Free parking. Paid lockers. No restaurant available. It's OK to bring your own snacks. Once your band is on, no refunds. Wear comfy clothes and leave your fear of heights at home. This is a great family experience. There's a section for shorter/ younger kids. I came to the area for a cultural experience i.e. museums, university campus... but I wanted something a little different to do with the family. Don't let the furniture store fool you. The ropes course is robust and challenging. I bought the Cool Destinations pkg and it was money well spent.

This was the perfect introduction to Newhaven's history and culture! The directions were good and the information was very interesting. I thought it was well done.

Not knowing the area, we were late to arrive and our guide graciously returned for us and allowed us to join the group. We were surprised by an invitation to listen to a concert playing in the Yale steeple and the group voted to go, although that was not in the plan, he went with it and then carried on. All in all, a great experience despite the heat and the extra city noise from a night market. Definitely would recommend

Joy was an awesome host and tour guide! The stories she chose were great and I walked away feeling like I knew more about the history of Yale and had fun while doing it. My 14-year old daughter and I enjoyed every second of it. Highly recommend!

Good audio tour for a quick exposure to Yale if you aren't sure if you want to take a n official Yale admission tour.

The tour itself was easy to do. Very well done and easy to follow. Worth the price for sure.The only trouble we had was that the app stopped working a couple times. That was a little frustrating.

Good tour — it was interesting to listen to. This is not the first tour we’ve purchased from different platforms.The only thing I would change is the speaker’s accent. English is our second language, and we’ve been living in Canada for the past 10 years. We understood every word, but I think the tour would benefit from a more neutral English accent rather than a strong American one. It felt a bit funny, since that accent is one we usually hear only when watching movies.

Fabulous fun! This ropes course is one of the biggest I’ve gotten to experience! It’s huge! Super fun water show! Staff was fabulous! Attentive and kind. This is the place to visit if you’re looking for physical fun! 😅
