Excellent afternoon - lots of fun, Clarence was so informative and great value for money. Better still Clarence picked and dropped us off at our hotel in Napier. We'd give this tour an 11/10 - we had a great time. If you're looking for a wine tour, go with Clarence.

The guided tour was VERY informative. Was a bit of speed walking, so if you just has a knee op you will notice it. But there are stop and you have a radio ear piece so you miss nothing.

Deep from Hawkes Bay Combined Taxis was great. He meet us as we got into the airport after a very long day of both international and domestic flights. Do not miss this experience. Bev our guide great and very knowledgeable. Good to learn about the art deco buildings and the local history. Bev added interesting personal anecdotes from her childhood.

Very nice experience. Loved watching the penguin feeding. The staff did a great job introducing us to the little penguins and telling us all about them. Would definitely visit again if we get the opportunity to return to Napier.

Clarence was an excellent tour guide and introduced us to the Hawkes Bay winery culture. He took us to places off the beaten track and each of the four wineries were unique and special in their own way. Highly recommend this tour.

I loved the penguins, and kiwi. The aquatic exhibits were all great as well. Lots of good info and the staff were very friendly as well.

Great way to see and enjoy Napier. We booked this as a tour from our cruise ship. It was an easy shuttle ride into town. Instructions were clear with map and safety gear and a saddle bag to put any bags and jacket. It's a big ride but the ebikes were amazing, very comfortable and easy to use. Also they said to call them if we weren't going to make it back in time and would come to get us. We even had time for a cold beer and walk around the shops before catching shuttle back to the ship

The tour included an introduction to the history of Napier, scenic viewpoints overlooking Napier’s coastline, a visit to New Zealand’s first winery, a trip to Hastings, reaching the summit of Te Mata Peak, and visiting a bee farm. The colleagues traveling with me on this business trip all decided to book the same tour, and it unexpectedly turned into a private tour for the six of us.
