Very good! The guide Grace was very entertaining! I enjoyed learning about the history of the area and the architecture!

takes roughly an hour. during summer where light clothes and closed toed shoes. highly recommend on that. watch out for thick tree trunks and raised sidewalks. if you get grace she is amazing.

Other than the heat of the day - the tour was Great! Self paced, easy to follow and very interesting. Some of the compartments were "a little close" regarding the ventilation, but not intolerable - there's not much you can do with a ship of that size and age. Don't let it put you off - the experience will enlighten you as to the conditions the sailors and marines lived through during WWII.

The food tour with Bella today was full of amazing history and lots of delicious, local food. An amazing bargain! Mobile is a great city. Time spent at each spot was adequate for a little story and time to eat. We tried so many local foods- oysters, gumbo, and beignets. Bella was full of wonderful stories and she was very kind. I would highly recommend this tour.

My husband surprised me with a dinner/murder mystery cruise on the Perdido Queen for our 26th wedding anniversary. We had the BEST time!! The staff were so very kind, and attentive. This was the first time either of us had been to a murder mystery. My husband was all into it, questioning the suspects like he was some great detective. I give this place an A+ in my book. We plan on going back real soon. Totally recommend!!

What a great way to get to know the town and restaurants and meet people. Every town should have this! Go hungry!

Our guide Marissa was great. Knowledgeable about Mobile, sharing some fun spots and historical facts. The 6 food stops were all so tasty and just the right amount of time between stops. Come hungry! Leave very full!

What a great museum with so many beautiful robes and costumes. Learned a lot about the origins of Mardi Gras. I didn’t know Mobile was where Mardi Gras began. The museum has audio recording you can listen to on your phone as you walk from exhibit to exhibit. They are all numbered, although not sequential and a bit confusing but manageable. We didn’t listen to them all but mostly the ones about the costumes. Don’t worry if you don’t have a phone, it is the same information as the information posted at each exhibit.

Learned alot about where Mardi Gras started in Mobile. Museum is bursting with colorful “trains” and stories of this cultural season.

Nice walk thru downtown Mobile. Lots of history and interesting information. The parks are nice stops for a rest.

This audio tour was just what we wanted. It allowed us to go at our own pace, no crowds to contend with, no standing around while the guide answered everyone’s questions. You may pause the narrative to explore further then resume it when you are ready to move on. We stopped to take pictures and for lunch. Each time the narrative picked up where we left off. The voice was very clear and easy to understand. The best part was once we got home I could replay the narrative and title pictures appropriately.

The food tour was a wonderful way to see and learn some history of Fairhope and get to sample some delicious food and drink!!!! It was great fun! Highly recommend!!!!!

Visited this past spring. Beautiful day. They give lots of great information about the port, shipping and trade for the city. Drinks and snacks available onboard. Was wonderful getting to see USS Comfort, one of 2 navy hospital ships in dry dock. The highlight was the upclose viewing of the classic passenger liner USS United States going through environmental cleanup and preparation to be sunk in a few months off the coast of Destin, FL to be the world's largest artificial reef for divers. Very special addition to the cruise is a woman who had traveled with her parents on a transatlantic crossing as a 12 yr old girl. She had some original pictures from the passage as well as china and other momentos from the ship when she had been a passenger liner. Very very cool to see and know she volunteers her time everyday onboard, ever since the USS America came into port. Great unexpected addition to this cruise!
