Lodz Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

This was such a great tour! It was customized for our family with kids. Łukasz did a wonderful job keeping the children engaged while sharing many fascinating stories about pre-war Łódź. We really enjoyed our two-hour tour of the city’s major landmarks and learned so much in a short time. Highly recommended!

Jacek was an amazing driver, very informative, and knowledgeable. We had great discussions on the car ride about places and Poland's history. He was a great guide for the drive and answered questions about Auschwitz. Booking through Cool Destinations was a bit expensive, but it was well worth it for the experience and the knowledge Jacek shared. As for the tours at Auschwitz, they seemed very rushed, and there was not enough time to take in the information and experience, even in a non-peak time, but it was a surreal experience. I look forward to Jacek showing me more of Poland over the next few months as he assists in planning my next trip.

I was incredibly impressed by the amount of planning and preparation went into the day. They were able to fit me in the very next day as I had originally scheduled for that monday! Admission for the tour seemed a bit high, but after the whole thing I can honestly say you get your monies worth and then some! From getting picked up, to the drive to our first and second destination, to lunch, and on the way back home. My driver, Jacek, was amazing! Super down to earth, very knowledgeable, super attentive and friendly. I will absolutely be booking with this company again! This walking tour was about seeing and knowing the city's industrial past and how it had transformed into a cultural hub. I do recommend this walking tour it to anyone seeking to explore Lodz in a enjoyable and relaxed way.

It was a very interesting round at Pere Lachaise, 2hours with an excellent guide, Becky! Interesting stories about selected graves, and a quiet hike! Recommended!

Sebastian is a fantastic driver!His Mercedes van was very comfortable. Sebastian speaks English well and demonstrated flexibility when we asked for more time at Jasna Gora.The tour guide at Jasna Gora - Martin- was also exceptional.We truly experienced a VIP day!I highly recommend this tour!My friend and I will remember it forever.

The tour was excellent. Our driver Wiktor Kowalczuk was friendly and efficient in getting us to the site. He was able to communicate with us in English quite well. The lunch was very delicious and the food was ethnically Polish. The site itself was inspiring and the priest who conducted our tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very glad we included this tour in our travel itinerary. It was an enjoyable day.

We used Kubica Transporter services a few weeks ago. The service we received was excellent and the price for the transfer was competitive, The mini-bus was comfortable for 5 of us, including 2 children and there was much space for luggage. But the best part was the driver- Karolina, very professional, kind and helpful. She even arranged a trolley for us on arrival at the airport. I can absolutely recommend Kubica Transporter as a very reliable company.

Dear travelers, we just came back from a wonderful trip to Poland. Our driver was extremely kind, and friendly and always did his best to satisfy all our demands. We felt very safe. The car was clean and comfortable and we couldn't wish for a better service. On top of that, after checking with more than dozen of travel agencies, the price was the most competitive. Don't think go for it!

from pick up to arrival we had the most wonderful hostess in Sylwia who had perfect english and was very knowledgeable in everything we asked she made the trip unforgettable

The tour was lovely, and it really helped me make the most of my time in Łodz. Credit goes to Marek for showing me all of the sights despite it being a bitterly cold winter night.

Łukasz was our guide and he went above and beyond any expectations we had. Łukasz is a wealth of knowledge and is very flexible in planning a trip customized to your interests. We did a 3hr tour but would recommend longer. The way Łukasz told stories and showed before pictures of the different places we visited made it very informative, interesting and enjoyable.
