Jihyo and Teri were amazing!!! What an amazing experience!! Very knowledgeable. It rained all day but the vibes were amazing and we pushed thru. They truly helped make it worth it!!! Even on a rainy day. We will definitely recommend others for this tour! Thank you both for everything!

If you only have a short time in Kyoto, take this tour! Jihyo was fantastic, and so was Teri. The rain was crazy, but the tour was still fantastic. They gave great food suggestions. My wife had some of the best sushi she’s ever had. Really great value for the money.

Kumi was an amazing tour guide and adventure. She went out of her way to listen to you, find one or two things you are looking for in the city and made personal recommendations.

Had a great tour Miho B. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you enjoy getting a more historical and guided perspective on Nikhiki.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our tour guide, Keiko! She was fantastic from beginning to end. She remembered our names right away and addressed us by name throughout the tour, which made us feel very welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of.Her English was excellent, so we had absolutely no problems communicating. We also really appreciated how attentive she was — we truly felt that she listened to us and was genuinely interested in getting to know us better. It made the whole experience feel very personal and special.Keiko also took us to so many delicious places, and we had the opportunity to try a variety of amazing food. Every stop was a great experience, and we discovered places we probably wouldn’t have found on our own.Overall, it was a fantastic adventure, and we are very grateful to Keiko for making our time so enjoyable and memorable. Ai was an excellent guide! She took us through the tour like a champ while carefully explaining the history of the area to us. This was an off the beaten path tour and I highly recommend it over the standard route as it was fairly quiet and we got to enjoy the sights without huge crowds.

Our family had a fantastic time!! We loved our guides Jimmy and Morio- they were encouraging and kind and fun! We learned so much and we absolutely recommend this. It is worth paying the money to skip the crowds and see the beautiful serenity of this gorgeous Shrine. Thank you so much Jimmy and Morio! You made this unforgettable for our family.

Wonderful experience forour holiday

This was a fabulous experience! Time is taken to get your hair done, you can choose your own kimono and are even given a hand bag to put your personal items in. Feels very authentic! Colours and choices of kimonos is great! Colours are beautiful and they make a nice job of your hair! The tea ceremony itself is very interesting. I chose this one because it showed actual seats rather than sitting in the floor - which I wouldn’t have been able to do. The event takes place in a genuine old wooden house with proper sliding rice paper doors and beautiful screens. The whole event felt very authentic. For men, women and couples alike. The groups are small - approx 10-12 people. The lady was funny and took lots of photos for us with our own phones. Can highly recommend!

We had an incredible day with Daika! This was the tour to really be able to authentically experience Nara and Osaka. We enjoyed the beautiful sights, interacting with the deer, Osaka nightlife, delicious local food, and conversation that really put us in touch with the cities and everything we saw and experienced.

This was a very educational tour about sake. Jimmy was knowledgeble and personable. We had a great time and really enjoyed the sake tasting!

Our guide Eiko was wonderful! She showed us all of the important highlights of Kyoto. The pace of the tour was excellent.
