Great time and beautiful thing with family

Arrived at about 9, having parked a 5 minute walk away in Grindelwald. We bought tickets on the day to ensure weather was OK. Queue up to first was OK, but back down at the end of the day was really busy - glad we had not walked down to Bort as planned as may have struggled to get on a gondola - maybe OK if you don’t mind splitting up and travelling down individually. We walked to the lake - a bit of a walking super-highway - but then walked down part way to Bort (to where the houses started and before the tree switchback path started) then back across to the First gondola station. This was much less busy and a nice walk, but a bit more demanding on the path up to the gondola station - I wouldn’t have attempted it in trainers! A lovely walk back, and bought some Alp cheese from a random fridge on the way!

The Jungfrau Travel pass is a wonderful deal. Besides the tremendous savings on riding the lifts, it allowed us to ride the Swiss trains throughout the region and using the ferry to take us to Thun without needing to make reservations. I recommend this to anyone planning to spend at least 3 days in the region.

Hanspeter was amazing. He tailored three days of hiking to our comfort level and the weather. He planned hikes so that we covered most of the valleys in the Grindelwald area and were able to experience the key view “spots”! Highly recommend Hanspeter for any skill level as he is an experienced mountain guide and climber!

If you set your expectations at "Swiss Mountain Disneyland" - you'll have a great time. Yes there are lots of people and yes it's a little kitschy, but it's also an amazing place with beautiful views. If possible, go early and on a clear day. The altitude got to be a bit much for our little one (5 yrs old) after a while. It's definitely worth the trip.Put it this way, the glaciers won't be around much longer so check them out while you still can!Worth noting, the Jungfrau Travel Pass saves you quite a bit, especially if you are planning on doing any other gondolas or trains in the area.

Awesome experience from start to finish!Welcoming staff, clear instructions and proper safety regulations made sure i never had any doubt in the people or the equipment and allowed me to have an experience ill never forget!

Nico was absolutely the best. He contacted me a week before the tour to make sure we were all set. That was a real comfort as I had experience with other tour operators that the guide didn't even show up.Nico was knowledgeable and attentive to details. We had 2 teenage girls in our group and Nico for sure has helped make it a fun day for my family.

After the canyon swing, I was incredibly happy and felt free. I overcame a personal limit and was proud of myself. Before the jump, the cliffs scared me, but afterwards that feeling had almost disappeared. I was also glad that I already knew the guide from bungee jumping—that gave me additional security. 😀

Well run, fun and informative. Our guide, Nico, was great. He was organized, directed us to all the best viewing points and never made us feel rushed. I highly recommend taking a tour with him.

My daughter and I completed this tour with Weronica and loved it… the views, the company, and of course the cheeses and chocolates!

The view was amazing. Grindelwald is the prettiest place on earth.

Our experience at Hotel Status Club and Resort was excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The ambiance is beautiful, service is prompt, and the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The restaurant serves tasty food and the property is well maintained. Perfect for both family stays and events. Highly recommended!

Great walk along the canyon beautiful among the rocks and the river, the canyon is stunning well worth visting a real photographers dream, hard to belive how Global Warming has affected the Glacier which has unfortunately disappeared, May for me was a great time to visit as there was no overcrowding, the walkway is narrow, well worth the money,walk took about 21/2hrs as there are many photo opportunites along the way,

I loved the scenery. Swiss is just beautiful in white. The guide was superb, very kind and personal. The group also made it nice.
