Charlotte was the best host of this very unique experience! We had a big group of 13 people and everyone loved it! We enjoyed learning about how to make olive oil and the different flavor profiles. And the best part was when the homemade ice cream and sorbet came out. We’d highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful couple of hours in the company of Alex, Lizzie and the two horses. As we rolled through the Provençal countryside, it was like we rolled back through the years too, glimpsing the 1800s. Our children loved it and we would recommend to all ages.

Charlotte gave my friends and me the most special and unique sorbet and olive oil tasting we could have imagined. The variety of olive oils was fantastic, and easily the best any of us had ever tried - and that’s saying something with a few cooks in the group! Charlotte was also incredibly knowledgeable, sharing so much about the olive trees, each oil we tried, and its origins.The setting itself was unforgettable, the olive grove and beautifully arranged table made the experience feel even more special. The sorbet and ice cream selection her husband made was truly next level, and some of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever had. We could not stop talking about the strawberry sorbet for the rest of the trip. Nothing else we tasted afterward even came close to this experience. An absolute highlight we’ll never forget!

My self and four children visited the beautiful Côte Bleue, we ordered 3 taxis from Smart VTC and the service was outstanding, our extremely kind driver went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs, going the extra mile to take us to a supermarket, and to get food for the children before dropping us at the airport. Available via txt, with a super fast response time, clean and comfortable vehicle. 10/10 hightly recommend.

The machine was super comfortable, with even the internal water bottles (a great idea if you think about summer broth)

The olive oil workshop (followed by a vinaigrette workshop) was very well structured and explained. The information was very practical, answering many questions I've had on olive oil for a long time. I consider this experience, not only educational but cultural. Charlotte shares her French knowledge on history & cuisine in the world of olive oil, transporting us through time to an economy that shaped the region. The cherry on the cake is we all had so much fun. A perfect hands-on activity to experience in Provence.

We enjoyed very much our lesson with Lèonie. She is very nice and she made us able to cook a wonderful quiche. We felt like in Paris, cooking all together and chatting. Lovely morning!

My husband and I went on a wine tour with Patrick during our honeymoon. It was the highlight of our trip! Patrick was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His car was extremely clean and comfortable. He took care of all the logistics so we could enjoy our day. We can’t wait to come back and go on another tour with him!

Our quide Patrick is a very professional gentleman. He arranged everything for my family considerately and always demonstrate his passion and knowledge to the land and people. We're glad to visit the lavender filed and local factory in the early August, and then Patrick introduced a high quality winery for us so that we can buy some rose wine. I'm very satisfied with the quality and price, after came back to Taiwan I think I should bring more home or drink more next time. My Provence memories with family is perfect and we've in love with the beautiful landscape and the people. Thank you Patrick, hope see you soon!!

An unforgettable experience: a beautiful walk in the Luberon countryside in a comfortable carriage pulled by two draft horses, whose owner takes great care of them. Interesting comments and relevant answers to the questions asked, linked to a perfect knowledge of the area. A lot of warmth and humor. The outing ends with a friendly gathering featuring local products in a warm atmosphere. An authentic contact with a young generation of farmers, genuine, courageous, and confident in the future with great values.

Well received and came forward to guide us to the farm; the people are very welcoming; a unique walk, and we discover the countryside of Gorde with all the comments about the horses and the regional natural park of Luberon. We would have liked to have a non-alcoholic refreshment at the end of the walk given the heat, thank you, my regards.
