Our ferry ride over to the Aran Islands was amazing. We went to Inis Mor, the largest island, which is something out of a postcard. True Irish history! My husband and I, along with our three adult teenagers, rented E bikes, which was a fantastic way to see the island and not be exhausted. Going back on the ferry at the end of the day and seeing the Cliffs of Moher from the water was an added bonus! Highly recommend going to the Aran Islands!

Value for money. We'll worth a look. Alexandria has a wealth of knowledge on the history of Galway and Ireland. Very friendly.

Conor was a great guide with lots of useful information and history of Galway, with one or two tall stories along the way!

Despite the rain (it’s Ireland after all) our guide, Paul, was enthusiastic and entertaining — with lots of fun insight into the history of Galway and also colorful commentary about music and culture. The tour was an enjoyable overview - perfect for your first (or only) day in Galway. Paul is an exceptional musician, offered local recommendations when asked, and even sang a jig for us. Highly recommend.

My family and I GREATLY enjoyed this tour and, although early in our trip, it stands out as one of the highlights of our time spent in Ireland. We had the privilege of having Michael as our driver/tour guide, and he was absolutely wonderful. He had extensive knowledge of the area/stops that he was able to effortlessly highlight/discuss along the way (with his excellent sense of humor sprinkled in). Michael clearly loves what he does and is extremely gifted at it. We felt very taken care of throughout the duration of the tour, and the tour itself was well laid out - we loved both Kylemore Abbey (even more beautiful than the photos) as well as the stop/demonstration at Joyce Country Sheepdogs. We would recommend this tour in a heartbeat.

It was an absolutely amazing experience! Loved visiting Innisheer! It was amazing to be able to see the cliffs from below in the cruise and from above! Also our tour guide Phil was a wealth of knowledge and thoroughly enjoyed his commentary! Would highly recommend!

Although brief, this was a very interesting tour. Impressive sights. Great staff. Loved the trail around the premises afterwards.

If you are thinking about booking this, do it.We had such a wonderful experience during our day tour. Booking was easy with everything but lunch included in the guided tour.We first arrived at the Hyde Hotel which was easy to find and easy to check into the bus once we found the small grey Lally Tours bus. The seats were comfy with A/C. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable on expectations of the tour and history of the area. I found myself not needing to ask questions as everything was addressed by our operator.We had about 22 people on our tour for the whole day which was perfect amount.We booked this for the sheep dog demonstration and it was SO fun! Such incredible views and history of sheep farmers in the area. Kylemore was not our audience (we are under 25 year old) but regardless, it was still pretty. The gift shop was the best.This is best for couples or groups for 4. I would not recommend for families of kids. This would be best for adults.

This was a fun full day trip on the bus, boats and on land. But what really made the trip was our tour guide, Kenny. He was very knowledgeable, witty, friendly, and a great ambassador for Ireland. His insights and knowledge made the trip so much more than just seeing the sights, we got to experience a great part of Ireland.

This was well worth the time and money. Our guide, Alan, was a fountain of knowledge, funny, and made sure we knew all the times we were to back to the coach.The time on Inisheer was an added bonus. We took one of the horse drawn carts around the island. Even had time for a pint at the pub afterwards!The trip itself was a great way to see the countryside, as well as the Cliffs of Moher from below and above.The only downside was the weather could have been better, but when in Ireland, you should expect a bit of rain.
