Walked in and had a wonderful time. Took a full tour of field and factory and got to prepare my own tea. Our tour guide was kind and super knowledgeable, well done Dilsha

Had a great experience with clear explanations and demonstrations given by our guide Mr. Rajah. Also had a great variety of tea to choose from to take back home. Loved it.

Very interesting tour with Raja. Went on a Monday so factory wasn’t processing. Tuesday onwards. Will appreciate my cup of tea with renewed knowledge. Thank you Raja

The experience was incredible. Our guide Raja was very clear and well educated in the workings of the factory. We went when the machines were not operating, but even so Raja would still turn them on for us to see what they did.

We had a lovely experience visiting the tea factory yesterday! During the tour, I had to step away to use the bathroom and unfortunately fell behind. This lovely girl took the time to explain all the steps to me and even walked me through everything I had missed. She did a wonderful job, especially considering it was her first time doing the tour! I wish her the very best of luck, she was fantastic! 🍃☕️ Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff. Janithor our guide was very clear and informative. The tour was a great mix of interactivity and information. A very fun tour indeed.

The guide Chandra Raja is very eloquent and very detailed with his explanation. He even tried to use google translate to make sure non english speaking tourists understood what was being shared. Extremely good guide. 5 stars for him.

We loved this experience as we love tea and really enjoyed getting to know about the process of making it. I guess I wouldn't recommend it for people who don't really care about tea.

A fascinating tour of the factory and we were lucky enough to be taken around by the factory manager. Very interesting and really enjoyed the tea tasting.

A good experience. Thanks to Janitha, we discovered all the process for making tea. His explanations were very clear and he talked slowly and he articulated, which is good for us because english is not our first language.

This was an excellent, really interesting tour that all our family enjoyed. It took just under two hours to do the factory and tea tasting tour, and then a pleasant wander around the shop too. We learned a lot on tea making and the chemistry around it , coming away knowing that Sri Lankan tea is by far the best in the world! Mr Siva knew everything and more about the whole process and he made it interesting and fun as we walked around. His many years experience and knowledge I’m sure unsurpassed! It was lovely to hear many stories. Thank you to all the team who made this a most memorable experience.

Radja accompanied us on the factory tour. We are definitely not tea connoisseurs, he has informed us step by step very well about the tea trays, the production process, a tour of the factory and to conclude a tea degustation. A nice experience that lasts about an hour.
