We booked our trip directly with Caravan Tours. It was a 10 day bus tour and it was excellent. We crossed the border south of Tucson, AZ and spent 8 days via bus and the Copper Canyon railroad and returned to the US in El Paso. We had absolutely no reservations/concerns to travel to northern Mexico. We saw the "real Mexico" and our native Mexican tour guide, Gerardo Moreno was THE BEST! There were many highlights of this tour, but riding the railroad was one of the best. We spent two nights on the rim of the canyon which was spectacular.

Martin i know is a very good guide although he couldn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish. We knew in advance and decided to go anyway. It was just him and us. A careful driver and very patient. We saw it all. We had to Google a bunch to figure things out but all in all successful

An excellent tour where we traveled very comfortable and with young Adriel who was our driver and guide which is very friendly, attentive and patient. It was a wonderful expert and an unforgettable trip. I recommend extending to family tours in creel chihuahua.

Operator Francisco gave us a pleasant, safe and pleasant tour; he shared information about the different places we saw.Another aspect that we have to mention is that he was always patient in the times we decided to assign to each place; at no time did we feel rushed, we would definitely rebook a next trip with him.

The trip to Mexico 's Copper Canyon was outstanding. Every stop was a cut above for our hotel stays & the meals provided. Our stops in San Carlos & El Fuerte were educational & fun. The train ride to the rim of the Copper Canyon in our private car is a taste of the Orient Express! Or guide, Yani Espinosa was simply excellent. We all learned much from her regarding Mexican history & terrain. Plus I can't say enough about our driver Pancho. He handled our bus through tight spaces & turns with ease. A great driver. I would highly endorse this tour to anyone wishing to get a closer more thorough look at Mexico & the great Copper Canyon.

Excellent tour! We really enjoyed the experience and the quality of the trip. Our guide knows the tarahumara mountain range very well and is really worth every moment to ask and know every place of this beautiful place in Chihuahua. Our guide who speaks fluent English is so friendly, and professional. We learned a lot about the culture and the Rarámuri indigenous people. Nowadays we can all get info from the internet, but gaining knowledge from our guide whose grandmother is a 100% Rarámuri is priceless. My visit to the Copper Canyons was just amazing. The landscape is breathtaking and conveys a sense of peace and wonder difficult to describe. Going alone allowed me to connect more with the surroundings and enjoy each moment calmly. The guide was key to making the experience even better: he explained with great clarity the history, traditions and way of life of the Tarahumara culture, always with respect and much knowledge. Thanks to him I understood the deep bond they have with nature and the mountains. Without a doubt, it is a totally worthwhile walk and leaves a very special mark.

It’s an unforgettable experience, climbing on the zip line, the train, the magical village of creel, the caves, the stones in the form of frogs, monks and fungi and the church of St. Augustine.
