Cozumel Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Only thing worth seeing in this trip is Chichen Itzá, other 2 stops are ok but not great visiting, Cenote was ok to visit and swim, wish water was clean and better Cenote experience. Mexican buffet lunch is below average in quality, drinks like water or soft drinks were not included and forced to purchase. The Amigo Tour operators Omar and his other 2 members were very good, Omar gave good information about Chichen Itza, Mayan culture, etc. full marks to Amigo Tours.

A great place to visit specially if you have a great guide. Nice afternoon swimming in the cenote and a delicious Mexican food buffet.

Simply put it’s the best time in Cozumel. The food is great and Julio keeps the drinks coming. It’s a very clean property and you’re not hassled by vendors on the beach. You certainly can’t beat the price.

The experience visiting these places was amazing. About the: 1. Place where you check-in. I tried to call the provided number because we needed to find the exact meeting location, however nobody answered. 2. Boat. It was ok for the tour. The shade was not enough for all people but not a problem. 2. Personel. The guide (Paulino) was awesome. Very kind, funny and helpful. So as the captain and the woman with the camera. 3. The snaks and drinks. Ceviche was great. Simple yet savory.Complaints. 1. The life "jackets" were some kind of pads that you thight around the belly, instead a life vest. 2. The other thing is that the ad says you are provided with a new tube for snorkeling, instead you are provided with an old one "cleaned" inside a bucket with water.Recomendations: 1. Music during the trip. 2. New tubes as advertised. 3. Life vests.

Ricki and Jesus could not have provided us with a better day in Cozumel. They listened to what we were interested and planned the perfect day. I could not recommend them more highly.

As ALWAYS Paradise Beach blows the other all-inclusives out of the crystal clear blue Caribbean! Every time we go, the staff is great and will be your friend by the end of the day. Food is excellent (Coconut shrimp is a don't-miss) and our server was always around bringing us buckets of beer and good cheer. Clean facilities, especially the rest rooms, great massages, and whether you play in the pool or at the beach, it's a great day!

From start to finish this was an exciting few hours. We’re 64 & 71 and we were like big kids had a brilliant time going through the water and getting very messed up. Don’t wear decent clothes especially footwear & shorts…. We chose not to swim at Cenote but others in our group did and loved it! Definitely fun packed arvo not to be missed!

Absolutely love our day at Paradise Beach! Will be going again for sure. The pool, massages, beach area, inflatables and all was top not notch and very well cared for!

EXCEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE! I have been diving for 50+ years and my 4 days with Daniel are at the top of my most enjoyable list. The various dive sites were chosen based on the days conditions and matched to our interests, mainly photography. Daniel, his Dive Masters Mario and Roberto gave thorough dive plans, reviewed hand signals, and possible marine life sightings. Having had a knee replacement 3 months prior, I was given extra assistance when needed, without having to ask. The Cozumel reefs are healthy, lush and teaming with life. I will be returning in June ‘27 and diving with Daniel of Sea Life Cozumel.

I came in low season in September, so we were a group of 10 people. Miguel and Francisco the captain were friendly. Miguel provided more insight about the type of wildlife in the ocean which were useful. All equipment was provided. Snacks was ceviche, beer and a lot of water. Really good.Do not use sunscreen, instead try to have a shirt with you in the water as it is needed to protect from the sun and protect the environment from toxic sunscreen.Tour was 10am. We finished 2 pm. We visited 3 reefs. All clear blue water. 40min distance in boat to get here. They are incredible. We were in a really sunny day so weather was amazing. The first one is the coral reef, I saw turtles, bull shark, a lot of different types of fish. Second one is "El cielito" and we saw a lot of starfish and the last one was the clear blue water where you can walk and LITERALLY friendly stingrays, bull sharks and a lot of fish are with you there. Snacks are provided at the end in this part. I saw with the diving equipment HUGE stingrays passing right next to me and nothing happened.It was an incredible experience. I will definitely recommend it.

Had the best time with Top Cozumel Tours, our guides were awesome, music was the best and food was great!! Met lots of cool people. Highly recommended. The water was really clear and you see a lot of marine life on the reefs, including sting rays when you stop for lunch.

Was a great experience had different tequilas to try before you go to the cenote very good tasting smooth and flavorful especially for the price! After that we went at a through the muddy terrain and stopped for the cenote and were given the chance to dive in if we wanted there was also small fish, turtles, and bats that lived there but nothing to be worried about as we did the dive 10/10.
