I had a great time on this trip, I would recommend to any tourist and especially solo travellers. There was great communication from the company, confirming with me when and where they would pick me up, and details of the tour, and the driving between sites was smooth and safe. Sathish was a friendly, kind and knowledgeable guide, who made me feel at ease very quickly. Ramesh was the local tour guide at Mahabalipuram, and also was so friendly and knowledgeable too! The afternoon trip to the Irula rehabitation centre was a highlight, and the team there were welcoming, generous and I learnt so much. Overall, a great day trip, especially would recommend for any female solo travellors who may be feeling hesitant about visiting such places alone - this is a great option :)

Just completed a private tour of Chennai with Hareesh, my guide for the day. Started with a quick and efficient pick up at my hotel and a quick conversation about my preferences for day. After that, the day flew by with stops at temples, cathedrals, a historic bookshop, a fabulous lunch, and a hunt for a Southern Indian coffee maker. Very highly recommended!!

Kansan and the driver were lovely ! Kansan is very knowledgeable with the history of where we visited. I had an amazing time and then to end the tour at A2B vegetarian restaurant. Was great to try all the different foods and spices.

A very enjoyable and well-organised tour. My guide Ganesh was really nice, The driver was also polite and drove safely.The tour isn’t the cheapest, but as a solo traveller, I really appreciated having a guide and driver with me — I felt safe and comfortable throughout the day.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai for the first time!

Jainvir from five sense was very friendly and professional with a great depth of knowledge about any topic that cropped up. Greatly flexible, patient and encouraging Janvir made the trip very enjoyable. Wonderful idea to include Ramesh, a local guide to support the local community in tourism.

It was a very nice trip, we saw lots of temples, were allowed 2 hours for lunch and Jainvir was very informative and friendly. There was also a nice air conned car, which was a relief because it was very hot. The tour was from 5sense and there wad hardly any crowds at the temples.

Jainvir was brilliant. The kanchipuram and Mahabalipuram trip was well organised as a private tour with additional guide in Mahabalipuram. Thoroughly recommend. Long day but worth it. Amazing temples and well organised with superb knowledge from Jainvir
