Canada 2026 Calendar of Events

This was a beautiful experience. The gondola was smooth and gave you a panoramic view of the city of Banff and the surrounding areas. There was also a nice restaurant and a bar also and a viewing area. You could also hike a little higher to the top of the hill next-door for a really fabulous view of the sunset.

A wonderful, very well organised trip. I saw Orca, humpback whales and sealions. I travelled solo but that was no problem. Everyone was so friendly. Free hot drinks. Even helped me by charging my phone as I’d taken that many pictures it ran flat. Thanks to Wilma for the commentary & all the team and captain and co for the smooth ride. A great boat.

Wonderful trip. Saw breaching whales, a rare and lucky sighting. Worth going on this tour, such knowledgeable individuals.

We really enjoyed this one-hour harbour cruise around Vancouver. It was a nice, relaxing way to take a break from sightseeing on foot and see the city and surrounding area from a completely different perspective.The cruise takes you around Vancouver Harbour and across toward North Vancouver, with views of the city, the shipyards, the port and the sulphur facility along the waterfront. The narration is prerecorded and provides information about the different sights as you cruise along.One of the highlights was when the crew came on personally to point out an area where we could see sea lions, which was a fun surprise.The hour was just the right amount of time — long enough to see quite a bit of the harbour without taking up a large part of the day. The boat ride was comfortable and relaxing, and we enjoyed being out on the water and seeing another side of Vancouver.We’re glad we included the harbour cruise in our visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and enjoyable way to see Vancouver from the water.

We booked the entire electric boat for a 2 hour cruise on the Rideau Canal. Our birthday celebration for our mom’s 80th was wonderful. The 45 guests were thrilled with the experience. Huge success!

The guided tour was great. The guide and captain were very entertaining and shared useful facts about the lake. A thoroughly good afternoon.

Lovely day out, free comfortable shuttle to and from the mountain and reasonable entrance fee with Cool Destinations. Only negative is what many others have noted: very inefficient ticket office staffed by just one person and things being written by hand! Very, very slow service which could easily be improved by installing machines which can sell tickets or convert vouchers to tickets. Other than that we were very pleased with the experience of the birds, bear den, lumberjack show, light hike, chairlift to the top...everything really. Good value for what we paid. We also had glorious weather.

Many people get the trolley and bus mixed up when you are asking for directions. Make sure they know you want the Trolley! Wait times were longer later in t he day

Both the driver and guide were amusing and engaging and the guide, in particular, shared exceptional knowledge about Halifax.  I was definitely impressed at the skill of the driver.  Those details are what I expected.  What made the Harbour Hopper Tour particularly remarkable was the attention and assistance given to my elderly parents as they waited for the tour to start and their accessing the vehicle.  They were brought chairs to use while waiting, which went above and beyond our expectations.

Flyover was great. We had issues with the tickets because we had changed the date on the ticket weeks in advance. At the door they said because of dynamic pricing they’d have to charge us more. Eventually they just let us in.

Very informative and fun!! The driver was great, the director was very knowledgeable and extremely well spoken.
