Heather was awesome. So knowledgeable about the area. Threw in some stories to make it more interesting. She was a gem. Loved the small group-met new people from Australia, the UK, Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin and California. My only negative was the bus itself…or perhaps it was the road- very bumpy ride.

Joshua was a fantastic guide and driver. Telling interesting stories and kept us involved and entertained throughout the day. Took group pictures and sent them out the next day. Beautiful scenery

We had an amazing experience on our Lake Louise and Moraine Lake day trip! Steve was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. His insights and enthusiasm added so much to the trip. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Steve!

Definitely the best way to see these lakes… Steve was an awesome guide… gave the itinerary clearly, set our “times allowed” clearly and made the tour fun! We felt like we had plenty of time at each stop and he gave us”pro tips” to send us to the best viewing spots. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone! (Only complaint is that we tried to contact the company at the number given for “contact if you would like to arrange hotel pick-up” and no one ever answered the phone. Van drove right past our hotel and a quick pick-up would have been awesome. So… if not going to answer phone or if hotel pick ups not an option, don’t offer it on your site.). So, other than that (which is management, not tour guide)… this tour has been amazing and perfect!!

Arrived in Calgary earlier than anticipated, so went straight to store to book on tour. Stacey was an excellent guide. Very clear and provided excellent summaries and history of locations. Bike tours are my preferred method of orientating to a new city. On this trip I have done one in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary. This probably the best one. Thanks Stacey.

Our Banff tour was an overall 9 out of 10 experience! The trip was well-organized, enjoyable, and a wonderful way to experience the breathtaking scenery of Banff.Our tour guide, Ahmed, was informative, friendly, and attentive throughout the trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable, well-informed, and taken care of. His knowledge and genuine care for the group made the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, it was a memorable trip, and I would definitely recommend this tour to others visiting Banff!

Had a dilemma on the day we left Banff, was half way to vancouver on the Rocky mountaineer train when we realised we had left our passports in the room safe! Neil the concierge at Royal Canadian lodge went above & beyond to organise our passports to be couriered by Calgary Limousine YYC worldwide at very short notice, as once in vancouver we was getting a cruise ship to alaska 🤦🏼‍♀️. The drive from Banff to vancouver is a very long drive, it took 2 days Including overnight stop for the driver to get to us & I've never been as happy to see that driver with our passports 😊. They was absolutely amazing at saving us at such short notice so we could get on the cruise ship & cannot thank you enough for what you did. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this company for all your travel needs & travel emergencies 😅 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were on this 3 day trip from Calgary to Banff and back to Calgary every night. Each of the 3 days covered scenic destinations of the Banff National park and also exploring parts of Jasper and Yoho National Park en-route per itinerary of the trip. The views were Stunning, Picturesque and Exquisite !!! A big THANK YOU to our guide's SAMMY and ELIAN for providing context, history and background of the places we were visiting as well as making the trip fun and memorable !! Must say "If there is a Paradise on Earth - It is This. It is This. It is This !".

The 3 hour Calgary walking tour was well worth it. Our guide, George, was a super tour guide. He was very friendly and shared a lot of information on the various attractions we visited. He also gave us suggestiins on where to eat and places to visit. We were so happy we were able to fit the tour into our visit to Calgary...weather was awesome as well.

Great way to see the city on foot. George, our guide, was very informative and did a great job showing us the sights and explaining the history. If you have a few hours and want to see the city on foot, put on a pair of comfortable shoes and go!

Beautiful zoo and much larger than I expected and I’m from San Diego, so I know zoos. Had a great day here.
