Me and my family loved this trip so much ! Absolutely no expectations but to see something beautiful but our tour guide Roger made the whole experience unforgettable. From fun trivia and music to fluid commentary, Roger seems like a super knowledgeable guy that really loves his job. His passion and enthusiasm rolled over for us and our whole tour group and from the get go you could tell this trip would be special. His work was a huge complement to the whole Banff experience, and while the beauty of nature already makes the trip worthwhile, this was a big cherry on the top.

We had such an amazing time on the tour, totally recommend it to everyone! Heather was our guide, and she’s the BEST! She’s super knowledgeable, warm, funny, attentive and kind with her knowledge about Banff. She shared a lot of information, stories and jokes along the tour, which made the tour so wonderful! She gave us a lot of tips and recommendations about what to do and where to eat in Banff too! We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to everyone! Thank you so much Heather, you are amazing!

Steve was a fantastic tour guide. He was very informative and fun and played great music by Canadian artists. He had a clever way of making sure we were on time at all our stops. We weren’t intending to take a tour but we were ignorant of the parking and shuttle requirements for Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. As it turned out we were SO happy to have taken the tour. We were able to see so much more than we would’ve if we’d driven and had to find a place to park and walk or shuttle to each site. Plus we got a lot of great information. Each stop was beautiful and we had plenty of time at each one. It was a great day!

We had a great time on this tour yesterday! Our guide Steve was excellent and very knowledgeable, explanations very clear. Everything was well organized and in time scheduled. We really enjoyed the experience and highly recommended this tour with Steve. Will come back again.

The tour with Tina (?? was terrific. She was extremely knowledgeable about the city, its history and was friendly. Booking was very simple. The meetup location was easily found. 3 hours and be prepared to walk. Well worth it.

Visiting Moraine Lake is a must. Hiking Fairview Lookout at Lake Louise is a great workout. Half mile trek up was well worth it.

This was a great trip and our guide, Nick, was excellent. It was a cloudy day, so he changed our itinerary order hoping to find sun for our three lake visits. Enjoyed Johnston Canyon, Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and Natural Bridge. Emerald Lake was my favorite as it was so beautiful and intimate. Highly recommend this trip.

We had an amazing day visiting Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, and Natural Bridge. Every stop was absolutely beautiful, and even with the cool and misty weather, the views were breathtaking. Our tour guide, Ahmed, was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, especially traveling with kids. We had enough time to enjoy the scenery, take lots of photos, and create wonderful family memories. Thank you, Ahmed, for such a memorable day in the Canadian Rockies! Frank did a great job of explaining the interest g facts all along the way. It was interesting and very informative. He was also very good at making sure people understood the meeting place and time. It was a very well done tour.

Waleed picked us up at our hotel exactly at 8am and drove us to the Calgary airport. The ride was extremely comfortable and Waleed was knowledgeable about how to navigate the airport which was helpful because we’d never been there before. We also booked a full day tour to Watertown the day before with the same company which I’ve reviewed previously. The service this company provides is top notch and the customers are made to feel they come first. Highly recommended. Waleed is the best!

Great tour. More than just a shuttle - the driver imparted great information about the area, history, and what we would see. The free time in each location to walk at your leisure was great.

Our guide Boyd was great! He took great photos of us throughout the day and gave us a lot of information about the places we passed by and visited. Highly recommend!! We were picked up in Banff around 8:45am and got dropped off around 5:30pm. Lunch was around 1pm, and we had an hour which was plenty of time. Boyd did a great job taking us to places at times that were not so crowded. Snacks and water bottles were provided as well.

Excellent tour. Started at Banff. Russell was very organized. Trip was exactly as planned. He was very knowledgeable and likable. It was a great day! We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend this company

We had an incredible experience on this tour. My mom and I booked a day trip to Banff to visit the four lakes: Peyto, Emerald, Lake Louise, and Moraine lake. The weather this day was very unpredictable with chances of showering but our tour guide Jesse made it up to us. He made sure that we visited Peyto and Emerald Lake first and prayed that it wouldn’t rain in the afternoon. When we were in Emerald Lake, the rain stopped but 10 minutes later it started pouring and Jesse went his way out to go back to the tour bus to grab all of us umbrellas. Along the way, Jesse told us interesting stories and facts about all the lakes, and even took us to some hidden gems spots when we were at Emerald Lake. We got very lucky in the afternoon when the sun was out and Jesse helped us take pictures. I would 100% book another tour in the future!

Such a wonderful tour in beauty and service. All the sites were so beautiful and Naveen our guide provided us with interesting history and info. He was an excellent guide and we loved our tour with much thanks to him.

This was a fabulous tour. The beauty of Watertown National Park was breathtaking and we had excellent views of nature and some wildlife. Waleed our driver and guide was very enthusiastic and a great driver as well. We would definitely book another tour with him.
