Budapest 2026 Calendar of Events

Brilliant cruise. We did the 22:00 one. It was perfect, such a beautiful cruise. Drinks were great and you could get as many as you wanted. We originally booked for wednesday and we went to the wrong dock. I email and they amazingly moved the booking for us even though it was our mistake. Reqlly highly recommend for the price and the service :)

I really enjoyed the tour. It is a relatively small area but very detailed. It is not demanding terrain though there are of course cobblestone like streets and gravel pathways to navigate. Our tour guide provided details at every stop. We were not able to end the tour as planned due to the Budapest Wine Festival. I wish I could remember the tour guide's name. He said it is a very traditional Hungarian name

Fantastic quick intro to Budapest. Seeing the city from the river as the sun was going down and the lights were coming up was the best way to see it all, whilst sipping on a glass of Champagne....

The cruise was fantastic. They were efficient and they played a film that discussed the history but behind what you were seeing.

Panna was an amazing tour guide and gave us lots of information and fun legends!

Iryna was absolutely fabulous. She has so many good suggestions for photos and she showed us the pictures along the way. We loved her and our pictures were incredible.

This was a most delightful evening. Perfect weather, beautiful scenery with the illuminated buildings along the river. The food was delicious, with ample choices for all. The young ladies serving the dinner were efficient and pleasant too.

I recommend to do this tour on day 1 if you are here for only a few days . If you have longer than 3 days you may want to go it alone and self guide. However this tour helps with orientation and is a whistle stop history lesson . Claudia who was our guide is fabulous. Claudia clearly loves what she does it shows in how she conducts this tour, how she engaged with the group and I have no idea how she remembers all of the detail but she does and delivers it in a way that keeps interest.I have been on many walking tours across the world and this one is up there with one of the best. This is solely due to Claudia and her enthusiasm despite possibly doing this tour a hundred times before.Thank you Claudia we are better informed and have a different appreciation for your city.

Gaber was great. He accommodated rather short notice request and took us to a good Resturant afterwards.
