Amazing experience, right from the very start. The staff were incredibly polite, patient and explained everything in great detail. Their English was brilliant too.Really enjoyed the day and is thoroughly worth the money!

Myself and my wife had the most amazing time at the cooking class with Lulu. She is so welcoming. We got to make two different types of pasta, help finish off a focaccia and a lasagna dish. Lulu was a great teacher and it was great to chat to her about life in Italy. It all takes place in her home on the terrace with a lovely view over Ostuni. We would highly recommend it. It’s the highlight of our trip to Ostuni.

What a wonderful experience! Our host Lulu was very gracious and welcoming (even meeting us on the street and helped with parking). We enjoyed a lovely evening in her rooftop apartment where we learned to make pasta from scratch, amazing foccacia, eggplant parmessan, and more. The fresh mozzarella and ricotta were divine! A very intimate and relaxed evening and certainly a highlight of our time in Italy! And thank you to Gianni also for his helpful and good-natured hospitality!

Wonderful and fun experience; Silvia was very engaging in telling us about a dance as historic as it is fascinating. All concluded by an excellent traditional dinner. Highly recommended!!!

wonderful setting with wonderful hosts and wonderful food

My husband and I were welcomed by a romantic and authentic atmosphere among the vineyards of Martina Franca with ancient Trulli that were once used for the grape harvest period. Location surrounded by greenery with a beautiful sunset on the horizon. Francesca and Marcello delighted us with an exquisite aperitivo-dinner of the Apulian food and wine tradition. All excellent local products. Very cute, kind, and very hospitable. A beautiful experience that we will always carry in our hearts. It is worth the trip.

Wow! What an incredible time we had at cantina Alberga. We arrived and the environment is beautiful and relaxed. The tour around the vines and cellar was very interesting. Valeria was our tour quite and she was brilliant - incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly. Then we got on to tasting the wines - sat outside with views of the vineyard gardens. Wines were impecible and served with amazing items from the kitchen. Very good value for the quality of produce we got to try! Thankyou again Cantina Alberga - we will be back!

TOP experience! We got an extensive tasting with accompanying snacks (meat and cheese). The guide was very enthusiastic, friendly and driven. The tour in the cellars was very interesting. Not intrusive, but price / quality definitely worth it.

We had such an incredible time watching the sunset combined with local wine and produce tasting! Everything from start to finish was perfectly curated. The wine was excellent, and learning about the local produce made the experience so much more meaningful. The setting as the sun went down was absolutely magical—the views were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for the evening. A huge thank you to the Fabrizio and his cousins for being so welcoming and knowledgeable. This is an absolute must-do if you’re in the area!

The winery is newly opened and utilises traditional methods and grapes to produce really enjoyable Wines! The guide was friendly and knowledgable (she is the sommelier for the group) and provided a really interesting tour - it might have been interesting to view the grape vines for the different varieties they grow too (but was a v hot day!) Post tour tasting experience was also excellent, Wines carefully paired with local food staples. The winery is a testament to a huge amount of work over the last few years and reflects careful planning and dedication to the cause - suspect this will only become more popular as it becomes established, so best to book asap!

Manuel showed us Alberobello and Ostuni. He showed us nice places and pointed us to great local food. Todd was very good and within reasonable prices. Very friendly and communicative guy! Recommend 10/10

This was one of our most favourite experiences in beautiful Puglia. Fabri and Antonio were the most amazing hosts and served the most beautiful food. We visited for lunch as the evenings were still a little chilly in May - we were met with true Italian warmth and humour and introduced to their lovely Trullo which was simply beautiful inside and out with picturesque gardens - you will not leave hungry. We would highly recommend this for an authentic Apuglian experience💙
