Absolutely thrilling quad tour in Borovets. Very well prepared and new quads, fun route suitable for everybody. Great guides taking care. Couldn't ask for more!

It was our first time trying skiing and we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor - we were very lucky to have Phil all to ourselves 😆 As a couple learning later in life, Phil was very patient, encouraging, and knowledgable as well as being a very interesting and fun guy to talk to in between all the falling over! He knew exactly when we needed to just try on our own and when we needed a little extra help (or pep talk) that made it all a truly enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend Phil enough. We had booked the rental and pass as well, and everyone we spoke to from Hunters was incredibly friendly - they really made us feel welcome as beginners to the sport from start to finish. Our only regret is that we only had 2 days! Thank you for making our first ski experience an awesome one - we can’t wait for next winter to try again! 🎿🥰

We had Phil & Danny as our instructors who were both amazingly patient & extremely helpful in making g us feel at ease but also challenging us enough to get the most out of our trip. We learned so much in 3 short days and will definitely be back & would highly recommend both Phil & Danny to anyone who was coming to borovets. They made the trip that much better. Thank you

It's my first ski experience and got super lucky to go with Hunters. All the communication is very easy while booking and they have the best instructor, Phil McFarlane! He is super patient and explains all the skills in details (he is also super funny!). You can definitely learn a lot from him from different levels. If you can, ask Phil to be your instructor. You won't regret!

We came to Borovets for 4 days skiing as complete beginners. We hired our kit for all 4 days and the process was easy and quick. The heated lockers were a real bonus so we could leave our skis there overnight and belongings there in the day.Bonus that the shop is literally on the nursery slope.We also had private lessons for 3 hours on day 1 and day 2 with Lilliya. She was amazing, very friendly, very knowledgeable and got us to a level where we were happy to explore the slopes on our own.Would highly recommend.

This winter I signed up my 5-year-old daughter for a few ski lessons with Mariya and she really got into skiing. Mariya was patient and explained things calmly and clearly. After the lessons my daughter kept talking about skiing for days and couldn’t wait to get back on the slopes.

Great experience! Our guide was so friendly we will be back!!

This is my daughters 3rd time having lessons in Borovets, but her first time with Hunters. Phoebe said Phil is very positive and that he believes in people and he's just a great instructor. From a parents perspective he was great at communicating with us all arrangements and even sent us pictures and videos throughout the day. The fact that Phoebe was full of smiles every day is a testament to how great he was. A lovely touch was when he added words to describe each child on their certificates at the end of the week showing he truly cared and got to know them. He also went above and beyond and helped encourage our younger daughter who was not in his lesson and gave advice on how to progress her on her skiing journey. I cannot say enough positive things about Phil. We just hope he's back with Hunters next season as we will definitely book with them so we can have his expertise and passion!

If coming to Borovets to ski - look no further than Alpin Ski and board rental. Travelled with a group of over 30 from Ireland, and from the moment we arrived at Alpin all working there were professional, efficient and we were all fitted with our skis, snow boots and lockers in very quick time. Each morning collecting our ski gear from our lockers, we would be greeted by smiles and would have chats with the owner and colleagues sitting outside on the benches and in the office.As a group of beginners, Sasho was our instructor. I watched daily as he ensured all of us beginners were comfortable before moving onto the next lesson. We were all blown away at his unbelievable patience, maturity and professionalism shown to us all as we were learning the basics of skiing. Each day he challenged us with new technical skills and kept us safe at all times while learning them and made the lessons so much fun. At the end of ski school all of us were skiing down the green slopes up at Gondola and some of us even ventured onto the blue slopes, with our advanced skiers and learnt that we need to stick to the green slopes and practice more😂🤣I took some private tuition lessons with Sasho and during this time he managed to teach me so much technical skills and also correct a bad habit I had developed with an exercise. He taught me to parallell ski and skate with the skis during this time which is a game changer! We even ventured onto blue slopes during the tuition. THANK YOU so much for instilling confidence in me Sasho and confirming my love for skiing. I look forward to tackle some more blue slopes when I return! Highly recommend Sasho for anyone learning to ski.The restaurant next door to Alpin have some lovely food and the service there is impeccable. We all enjoyed a lovely lunch there on our last day of ski school and some wonderful memories and laughs shared. When some of our group wanted to extend our rental hire to ski an extra day... this was done so quickly and efficiently. We are very grateful we had such an enjoyable week of skiing in Borovets and this was down to Sasho and the wonderful team working at Alpin. Thank you so much!!

I took lessons in Borovets with Agni as my coach, and she was incredibly patient and attentive. No matter if I was struggling with a move or just starting out, she explained and demonstrated everything clearly, helping me gain confidence step by step.The lessons were really enjoyable, and thanks to Agni’s guidance, I felt significant improvement in my skiing. She is definitely a coach I highly recommend — she makes learning to ski fun and stress-free! ⛷️

I booked ski lessons, ski equipment and lift passes with Hunters. I was skiing with my youngest son and my eldest was snowboarding. The instructors were great and we all improved immensely. Unfortunately I had an accident and ended up on crutches, I didn't know how I was going to manage with the boys. Hunters organised for my youngest to do extra lessons which mentioned he could still hit the slopes with supervision. His instructor Phil was amazing. He recognised everyone abilities and tailored his lessons to suit all. He went above and beyond to ensure my son had the best experience and push his potential. On the last day he moved up to a higher group with Lexi and really excelled. Everyone at Hunters from the staff in the main office, the ski depot and instructors are so helpful and want you to have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend them.

It was beautiful, the water in each pool was a different temperature. I loved trying each pool and worked my way up to hot . swimming outdoors with the snow on the ground was magical and the herbal tea provided was tasty. We had a lovely relaxing time there and a big thankyou to Magical tours Bulgaria who we booked with they were punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable about the countryside , I would recommend them to my friends. Well worth a visit .

We had a lovely relaxing evening in the hot natural springs here. It wasn’t too busy and there were quite a few different pools and areas to try out. We really enjoyed it and Dobrin our guide was very helpful organising us flip flops which we needed and taking us right to our dinner reservation afterwards
