I walk with a stick and just wanted to say all the staff I encountered were so helpful and thoughtful . From the waitress who hadn’t started her shift who shared the gondola with me and helped me out, to the guy at the ticket office who helped me on at the base and remembered me and asked if I enjoyed myself . Stunning view, fantastic restaurant, a must if you are in Banff .

This is an excellent experience. The views at top of the gondola are amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lots of beautiful scenery! Although they can't guarantee that you will see wildlife, our tour guide, Charlie, was on it! He had a network of other guides that all share wildlife sightings and Charlie didn't hesitate to go where there was a report of bears! We were able to see a mama black bear and her 3 cubs!! It was awesome!!

Heather was awesome. So knowledgeable about the area. Threw in some stories to make it more interesting. She was a gem. Loved the small group-met new people from Australia, the UK, Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin and California. My only negative was the bus itself…or perhaps it was the road- very bumpy ride.

We really enjoyed the trip. Kimmy was awesome. We appreciate all her help, knowledge, and kindness. She made our Banff experience very memorable.We recommend this tour.Thank you again

Joshua was a fantastic guide and driver. Telling interesting stories and kept us involved and entertained throughout the day. Took group pictures and sent them out the next day. Beautiful scenery

We had an amazing experience on our Lake Louise and Moraine Lake day trip! Steve was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. His insights and enthusiasm added so much to the trip. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Steve!

Definitely the best way to see these lakes… Steve was an awesome guide… gave the itinerary clearly, set our “times allowed” clearly and made the tour fun! We felt like we had plenty of time at each stop and he gave us”pro tips” to send us to the best viewing spots. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone! (Only complaint is that we tried to contact the company at the number given for “contact if you would like to arrange hotel pick-up” and no one ever answered the phone. Van drove right past our hotel and a quick pick-up would have been awesome. So… if not going to answer phone or if hotel pick ups not an option, don’t offer it on your site.). So, other than that (which is management, not tour guide)… this tour has been amazing and perfect!!

Amazing experience, well organised. Great safety instructions and riding tips. Excellent guides and very friendly with great info. The horses, Roy was awesome and Smoothie was a character.

A shuttle is the best way to see these sites. Parking is very difficult and you can no longer drive to Moraine lake. Our driver provided valuable and interesting information. Well worth the price!

Our Banff tour was an overall 9 out of 10 experience! The trip was well-organized, enjoyable, and a wonderful way to experience the breathtaking scenery of Banff.Our tour guide, Ahmed, was informative, friendly, and attentive throughout the trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable, well-informed, and taken care of. His knowledge and genuine care for the group made the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, it was a memorable trip, and I would definitely recommend this tour to others visiting Banff!

This was an amazing experience. Our guides helped us feel comfortable with our horses and the ride was so fun. We learned a bit about the area and even saw some Elk. Highly recommend.

Tyler and Lewis were incredible hosts! Full of knowledge about the Banff region and generous with their time and expertise. Pick ups were on time, driving was very safe, and the yellow buses were easy to spot! The convenience of not having to park was 100% worth the price of the ticket, as it is crazy in terms of traffic.

We were on this 3 day trip from Calgary to Banff and back to Calgary every night. Each of the 3 days covered scenic destinations of the Banff National park and also exploring parts of Jasper and Yoho National Park en-route per itinerary of the trip. The views were Stunning, Picturesque and Exquisite !!! A big THANK YOU to our guide's SAMMY and ELIAN for providing context, history and background of the places we were visiting as well as making the trip fun and memorable !! Must say "If there is a Paradise on Earth - It is This. It is This. It is This !".

It was a memorable trip with breathtaking views. The tour guide Ahmed from Westar was very helpful. Would like to come back and spend more time in and around Banff.
