The tour started off well, with Wayan turning up on time in a very clean and comfortable SUV. His English is excellent, both spoken and comprehension. This made him more than a driver. He suggested additional places we might visit, and his choice of establishments for our shopping stops was excellent. As a result, the shopping stops we did request were more like tours than being harassed by eager salespeople. Our dealings with Rio Bali Tours were equally pleasant - timely, polite and informative responses.

Rio really made our trip to Bali super fun! We wanted to get out of the tourist area and see the real Bali. He showed us so many beautiful places! He has a fun personality and his minivan is super plush and comfortable. He’s a great driver so I felt safe wirh my grandkids in the car even on the winding mountain road to Lovina.. Also he is fluent in many languages. Great guy, I highly recommend him.

Had a fantastic day with Wayan Reddog in Ubud. He took us to coffee plantation, Barong dancing, jewellery production, sarong making and temple. Amazing English and told us so much information about traditions and history of bali! Highly recommend Wayan to anyone wanting to see a more traditional side of bali

Rio is very professional and very helpful in every way. He also has a beautiful nature about him and all round fun to be around. He has so much knowledge about Bali. Very patient and accommodating in every way. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a driver or tour guide.

We had only 4 days in Bali, and the all tourd day was well spent with this private tours with the Rio Bali Tours operator. We booked rather of short notice, and the communication with this tour operator was very smooth. We got confirmation on pick up time and location almost instantaneously. 8 AM the next day our family was picked up promptly at the lobby of our villa by Batut who was very courteous and helpful with our luggage. The van is in newer condition and is comfortable for 4. We feel safe with both the vehicle as well as with Wayan, who proven to be very experienced in navigating the various destinations in Bali for the entire ride. Once wayan inspected the tires pressure during a break and decided to stop ASAP to just inflate one tire to ensure safety and comfort. We really appreciated that. Wayan constantly explained various aspects of Bali •g its cultures and some history. He's very helpful always offered to take pictures of the whole family throughout the day excursion. Agung Rio was accommodating allowed sufficient time for us to shop around for souvenirs, local gifts, etc. All the destinations that Batut took us to were very popular or even iconic to Bali tourism. Our family had a very fun day with this tour and Rio clearly contributed a great deal to this result.
