A very well organised tour which not only provided the chance to see dolphins and whales in their natural environment but which also provided an expert commentary on the species we were very fortunate to observe.

Carlos and Rafael were very thorough and explained everything. The views at every stop were exceptional. You really experienced the views from multiple sites. Truly a fantastic trip. Toni

This is a unique active adventure of the waterfalls. João, our guide was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful. We went at our pace, saw beautiful signs we wouldn’t have know existed on this island if we didn’t take this tour. Highly recommended!!

Great little adventure! Saw whales and different kinds of dolphins and other sea life (including a flying fish!) Crew was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the boat ride itself was great even on its own.

Manuel and Emanuel are super cool Guides/Skippers. They are very patient and have a great sence of humor. :) we laughed alot, saw many fish and most we loved the speed on the boat. Thank you (E)Manuel!!

Wonderful tour through the mountain and valley

Carolina was a fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable guide. We had a great day, lots of insight into Terceira and the Azores, great stops and a very tasty lunch.We can't recommend this tour enough!

Mario was an excellent guide, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the island. He was able to answer all of our random questions, was generous with his time, and really customized the day to exactly what we wanted to see. Perfect for a group traveling together.

Amateur friendly, not to expensive, the guide take her/his time to explain the mountain as you climb it

Carolina picked us up from our hotel and provided us with a fabulous tour of lovely Terceira island in her comfortable and stylish vehicle. She was so informative, gave us all the time we needed at each destination, and was great company. We would completely and unreservedly recommend booking one of her tours.

Tomás was such a sweet and great host throughout the tuktuk experience. My parents loved the experience he had planned and all the areas we explored throughout Ponta Delgada and some parts of Lagoa. Highly recommend to do this on arrival day, it’s a great way to get out and see the surroundings with a local who has pride in his origins and is eager to share it with us. Tomás, keep up the great work and energy, you are a true gem👍🏻

Excellent day fishing. Captain Roberto and his helper were wonderful. We caught fish at every stop and ended up with quite a few by the end of the trip. We caught trigger and a red fish mostly. Saw some sharks :)

The Faial Ten Volcanoes Tour with Our Island Tours was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From my initial inquiry through the day of the tour, everything was handled quickly and professionally.Our guide, Luis, was fantastic. He has been doing these tours for several years and clearly loves being outdoors and sharing his knowledge of Faial. He was very knowledgeable about the local flora and trees and did a great job adjusting the pace to our needs and preferences.We hiked for about five to five and a half hours. It wasn’t an extremely difficult hike, but it definitely wasn’t an easy walk either, with plenty of ups and downs. The scenery was beautiful and incredibly varied—we walked through woods, pastures, and areas filled with flowers, with some sections cool and misty, others windy and exposed, and still others peaceful and protected. It was amazing to experience so many different landscapes in one hike.We chose not to complete the entire trail so we could have some time in Horta before catching the ferry back to Pico, but was very happy with the decision.Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable day. Luis was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive, and the company was professional throughout. If I return to the Azores, I would definitely book additional tours with Our Island Tours. Highly recommended!
