Incredible experience, not to be missed! If you have the opportunity and are sitting on the fence, just do it - you won't regret it! Our captain, Rammy was excellent, funny and made our experience memorable. The bush breakfast afterwards was amazing too.

A wonderful experience. Such a different perspective of the Serengeti from above than down on the ground. Wildebeests, Zebra, Elons! And surrounding landscapes from the sky. It was magnificent and so is this company. They are organized, friendly, knowledgeable and safe. I highly recommend their services.

Our Mother & Daughter trip to Lake Manayara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was beyond all expectations. Filbert, our guide, teacher and now friend, gave us the most unforgettable experience of Tanzanias wildlife, nature and its incredible people. We made a game drive in Ngorongoro Crater with our guides Alex and Omar. They were really friendly and told us interesting information about the animals and environment. We laughed a lot and i can only recommend it.

Arusha Coffee Lodge, Tangerine Treetops Lodge and Serengeti Migration Camp Lodge provided 5 star lodging, food, service, and extras. The hospitality was top notch. We were a group of 4 (2 couples ) taken to 3 different locations in Tanzania to see up close a total of 42 animals which included The Big Five, Carnivores, Herbivores, Primates, and Birds. We had a wonderful safari with the best guide we could have imagined. Masatu had 17 years’ experience and knew all the best spots for spotting animals. He also took our needs into account (such as toilet stops) and was more than happy to answer all our questions about the animals. Our morning began with a prompt 4:30 AM pickup from our lodge in a comfortable, luxury 4x4 Jeep. The night drive to the launch site was a surprise highlight in itself, our driver expertly swept a spotlight across the terrain, revealing thousands of glowing eyes as resting wildebeest lined the roadsides. We were even lucky enough to spot a mother jackal and her two adorable cubs perched on a dirt mound, curiously staring back at our headlights. Highlight of the ride was seeing a leopard for the first time and right in front of our vehicle resting in some tall grass. Upon arrival at the launch site, the Miracle team had set up a welcoming spread of coffee, tea, and light snacks, along with clean, convenient facilities to use prior to departure. Our pilot, Felipe, conducted a clear, thorough safety briefing before guiding us into the basket. The takeoff was effortless and exhilarating. As dawn broke, the early morning light turned the sky magical, dotted with colorful hot air balloons. Felipe navigated our balloon significantly higher than the others—several thousand feet up. While the elevated vantage point offered breathtaking, picture-perfect views of the sunrise and the fleet of balloons floating below, it ultimately took away from the main goal of our flight. Being at that altitude meant we missed out on close-up views of the landscape, the Mara River, and the wildlife. Because so much time was spent ascending and descending, our actual low-level animal viewing was limited to roughly 10 minutes of the entire flight. That said, Felipe’s expertise, deep knowledge, and smooth landing were undeniably top-tier. The post-flight experience was pure safari luxury: * The Toast: Upon landing, the ground crew greeted us with a celebratory champagne toast and captured photos of the moment. * The Bush Breakfast: We were whisked away to an exquisite, open-air tented setup right out of a movie scene—complete with fine table settings, an attentive service crew, and a scrumptious breakfast spread. * The Atmosphere: The team brought incredible energy, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries with singing, dancing, and cake cutting. Even the charming open-air "loo with a view" added a perfect touch of wild fun. The Verdict: The Miracle team excels at creating a high-end, luxury experience with phenomenal hospitality and flawless logistics from start to finish. However, if your main objective is spending extended time hovering low over wildlife, be sure to communicate that preference with your pilot before takeoff. Overall, it was a memorable morning, even if we wished for more time low over the plains.

The Serengeti looks incredible from the ground, but seeing it from a hotair balloon at sunrise is on another level. Floating quietly above the endless plains while watching the wildlife below was something I will never forget. A special mention to our pilot Boris, who was excellent throughout the entire experience. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made us feel safe and comfortable while also making the flight really enjoyable. The sunrise over the Serengeti was simply breathtaking. The champagne celebration and bush breakfast after landing made the experience even more special. 🥂🌅 One of the absolute highlights of my Tanzania trip. It was an amazing experience and Marina was a superb and very competent pilot. She was enthusiastic, informative and very safety conscious giving clear instructions and constantly monitoring her passengers and surroundings and her handling of the balloon insured great viewing and a comfortable takeoff and landing. She also made us all feel really welcome.

Today, 13th September 2026, I had my very first Balloon Safari over the Serengeti with Miracle Air, and I must say… Captain Danford made every penny worth it! 🙌🏽From the moment we took off, Captain Danford was professional, confident, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.What impressed me most was how he managed our altitude. While I watched some other balloons flying so high that passengers needed binoculars to see the wildlife, our captain balanced between higher altitude and lower, tree-level flying whenever appropriate, giving us an incredible eye-level view of the Serengeti from above. 🦁🐘🦒And then came something AMAZING… 🤯❤️🎈 Captain Danford gave us a panoramic 360° turn!We literally got a full 360° view of the Serengeti from the sky. I bet we were the only ones getting that experience! 😊❤️And let's not forget the punctuality of the pickup.
