We had 4 day private tour which included a trip to charyon canyon as well as kolsai lake.. from the day we landed from uae to Almaty..ilyas our guide has been fabulous...he was punctual , courteous ,knowledgeable and was great ambassador of his country..Skyway must be proud of having an employee like him...and he must be rewarded for the same...Lastly. I will always recommend people to visit Almaty as it was an out of the world.. experience ..thanks mainly to Ilyas..

Visiting Charyn Canyon with friends was an unforgettable experience! The views are absolutely breathtaking like a mini Grand Canyon in Kazakhstan. With our best tour guide, Adil, we had a great time exploring, hiking, and taking photos. He made the trip even more enjoyable with his knowledge and friendliness. Highly recommend visiting Charyn Canyon, and if you can, go with Adil he’ll make the adventure even better!

First n foremost our Driver cum guide was the best person.His name was Miras.Very courteous n .helpful.His English was fluent n he showed us all the places.Scenery n weather was good.Will recommend a visit to Almaty to all.

I had an amazing time during the trip. Our Kazakhstan was amazing, the tour was well arranged and the tour guide Nazerke was so great and helpful, she also gave us a lot of information about the places we visited and about the country. We went to Shumbulak ski resort ,Charyn Canyon, Kolsay lake and the alma arslan gorge the tour was amazing! Our driver Sergie was also nice

The views were amazing and we took so many pictures. The weather was good too as it was not so windy so we enjoyed walking and watching the view.

We booked private trip for 4 days with this company and moved in and around Almaty. Our tour guide Mr Adel is an amazing person. He took care of us so nicely and took us to all the places and explained everything very nicely. He’s a perfect young gentleman, smart guy and speaks english fluently. Our trip was amazing and we all enjoyed his company all the time. His car is neat & clean and he always reach dot on agreed time. It was a memorable experience with Mr Adel and we will recommend him to our friends and families whoever is planning to visit Almaty in future. Overall we had a 5 star experience in Almaty.

Views are amazing. The tour guide naz and aru is resourceful. The view is stunning. The place that tour guide taken us is a gems at almaty.

One word experience is “Spectacular” Charyn Canyon is just coming out of Hollywood movie scenes. So the word Spectacular is just true. November is a colder time definitely, but for us, since my wife and myself enjoy the winters it was a dream come true period. The crowds are less and you get the feeling of having the places exclusively available for us. Overall, Kazakhstan on the whole has been Wow! Dreamy! Simply, Amazing! We had a personal expert guide us through the entire trip. Miras A. was so kind to us throughout our trip, helpful in every simple and complicated thing, patient when we were late, expert in his work around the entire journey. We also explored, Shymbulak, totally gorgeous mountain tops to explore, ski, cable car, make beautiful pictures. Oi Qaragay is another splendid place to njoy tree house, Khema (Tent) in a fully local Kazakh style cultural living or hotel stays with all the mountains and adventures in one place. Trust me it was totally romantic and adventurous at the same time so totally worth the money. Food in Kazakhstan in general was simply amazing. We even enjoyed luxury meals in full capacity. Overall, loved our stay, would recommend our humble soul Miras to anyone who would love to enjoy a full experience with a known someone from the local hearts. The communication would definitely get very smooth around the stay. Would say he made our trip so much worthwhile. Would love to keep coming back just to find the peace and beauty.

We had a fantastic trip to Bhutan and it was all organized by Pelden and his team. The tour was very well organized, my guide was phenomenal and the country definitely a must. So, I recommend it without any doubt!

My teens and I had a great time exploring Charyn Canyon with our guide Togzhan. The views were gorgeous especially from the top. So be sure to climb up rather than just walk on the flat ground. It's very cold in the winter but the view and experience is well worth it.
