Magical night of aurora

Booked the big bus tour (directly) because there was a bathroom on board and felt it might be more comfortable for a long night tour than a small bus/van.Met at the designated meeting spot, where they called out names and directed you to the bus. The aurora was already starting as we were leaving. There was one family that was very late and the driver was nice enough to accommodate a pickup location across the bridge just for them, but it delayed the start time (don't be those people!).We drove less than an hour before the guide decided it was a good time to pull over because the aurora was getting stronger. They managed to find a pull off where we had an hour of pure magic.I took so many photos, as did the 2 photographers (I paid extra for their photos, and they provided the link after they uploaded them to Dropbox). They took pictures of just aurora and people with aurora in the background. People went inside the bus when they got too cold, but we were geared up well and stayed out until the guide was ready to move on to the final destination.We went all the way out to Skibotndissa (about 1 hr 30 drive time). There wasn't much activity at first. There was a swing that was good for photos. The guides made a bonfire and provided hot drinks and snacks. By the end, most people had made their way back to the bus. There was another little aurora show most people missed. We stayed about 2 hours at this spot.We helped the guides bring their supplies back to the bus. It was a little icy walking from the parking lot to the water. Since we had seen aurora twice, the guides called it a night early. I was relieved since we had an early morning flight to Lofoten.

Very much worth the tour

It was safari totally worth it. The wait at the meet point was long , then the walk to the office and change up activity was all a slow process to begin. But it was all worth the experience at the end. The guide was realistic about setting expectations of whether we would witness the northern lights or not. I’m not too sure if all tours get to see the lights. We definitely did and lasted for quite a period. Walk on the snow to the observation point was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced as an explorer. Food wasn’t great but who cares. We got to see the northern lights clear and loud

If you are hesitating - don't. And here is why...

I took the aurora tour in February and it was hands down the best decision I made. If you’re looking for a tour that feels personal rather than commercial, this is it.The organization was top-notch, but what really stood out was the human approach of the staff. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts about the lights that you won't find in a basic brochure.Even though we were there for the Aurora, some of my favorite memories are actually from the "downtime." Sitting by the fire, drinking delicious hot chocolate, and making s'mores while chatting with new people from all over the world was a magical experience. It felt like a gathering of friends rather than a group of strangers.As for the main event—the Aurora was breathtaking. I managed to get some stunning photos that I will cherish forever.It was a truly incredible event and worth every cent. If you're on the fence about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it!P.S. If you are like me and forgot a tripod (which turned to be quite important) a small pot or a big coffe mug works just as good :) Saying from experience.

Totally worth it, super guide and unforgettable experience

Driven a van all the way to Finland. Our guide Nelson has told a lot about the tour and the area, a really nice guide! The clothes were good, not a moment cold. Good explanation from tourguide Essi, and we drove over a frozen lake, through forests and to the 3-border point. Really beautiful and a very nice experience!

Great experience

We had an excellent experience with the company. They were very dedicated to finding a location where we could see the lights intensely, especially since it was a cloudy day with a full moon, which directly impacts the experience. Petra, our guide, calmly explained the phenomenon, took beautiful photos, and let us appreciate the aurora for as long as we wanted. We enjoyed it so much that we repeated the tour. We had a minor inconvenience, but after contacting the company, it was promptly resolved. We intend to return to Tromsø and will choose this company again. Congratulations.

Great Snowmobile Tour and Beautiful Scenery

We had a great day on the snowmobile.The day before, we contacted them via WhatsApp with a few questions and received quick responses. Pickup in the center of Tromsø was also easy and well organized.The tour itself was really amazing. Beautiful surroundings and friendly guides who even make pictures during the tour which they sent you afterwards. The tour is definitely recommended!If I could give one point for improvement, it would be that they advertise a warm meal as being included. In reality, it’s just a packet of instant soup where they add hot water, and you have to eat it while riding in the bus. Considering you’re out the whole day and they advertise it this way, I did find that a bit minimal.But aside from that, 100% recommended. Well organized and a beautiful tour!

Amazing northern lights tour

The whole experience was incredible!! Me and my friend booked a one day trip to see the northern lights and we were lucky enough to experience it!! We were given the necessary equipment to handle the cold and I want to give a special shoutout to our guide Angel who was incredibly kind, answered all our questions and took sooo many photos of us without any complaints! He was so happy to be there and it elevated the experience for us!! Would highly recommend 😊

A special night in nature

We had a wonderful time on this adventure! After having the chance to borrow heavy duty boots and cold suits, we got in the minibus and were driven to a beautiful spot of public land. We walked down a short distance and sat on reindeer hides to wait for the sky to darken. The lights came out on the early side. They were not as intense or dancing as much as we’ve seen photos of but we definitely saw them. Our guide, Alberto, was friendly and knowledgeable. He prepared a lovely bonfire and you could try reindeer soup by adding g hot water to a packet and/ or some delicious hot chocolate. Alberto took as many pictures as you wanted with the lights and they were available online before we walked back to our hotel!

Amazing and Miguel was great!

Miguel was extremely nice, he explained us a lot about the auroras, we got food, hot chocolate, marshmellows, photos, we lauged, learned, got to see the auroras and it was an amazing experience, even before we got to see the auras the experience was incredible!

A fun activity worth tick the box once in a lifetime

At the start of the tour We were told , the aurora attracts positive vibes .. I guess we had the right vibes. We saw the northern lights several times in different shape and sizes.The tour guide Miguel was a funny lively good story teller and kept the group engaged the entire night.It was overall a good experience
