Melanie was amazing! She knew exactly the best timing and way to provide us with the most time possible at Hampton Court Palace on our way to Heathrow. She took us to her favorite car park at the palace, where she waited as we spent about 2 1/2 hours touring the palace. I wish we could have had a little more time since there were some live demonstrations happening that day, but we had a flight to catch, so we followed Melanie's suggestions and saw much more of the palace than I would have thought we could in the limited time we had. It definitely helped that she got us there just as the palace opened to visitors for the day. She was there waiting when we returned to the car, and she delivered us to the right part of Heathrow in plenty of time for our flight. Not only was Melanie efficient in every way, she shared a wealth of information that will be priceless when we make a return trip to the area. We will definitely contact her before making that return trip.

Melanie communicated with great details before and during the journey to Heathrow. She even brought books about Windsor and let us listen to a podcast while we were in route. Super efficient and friendly service!

Melanie arrived to the airport on time. She spoke with our group, there were 6 of us, about what options we had to tour on the way to the airport. Melanie made suggestions of places in Windsor to shop and eat, plus the best place to see the changing of the guard. Overall it was a very good experience.cruise

The service was excellent. Melanie arrived on time to pick us up at the port. She guided us during our visit to Stonehenge and, on the way to the hotel, she stopped at a pharmacy so that some of the passengers could buy medication, which was much appreciated. 100% recommended.

Nizam our driver was very nice and professional. He picked us up at Southampton cruise port after our cruise and took us to the Windsor Palace area with explicit instructions on where to go to see the changing of the guards and enjoy the town. He then met us after our quick visit to and dropped us off at the Heathrow airport. Highly recommend. He picked us up in an eight passenger sprinter van, which was very clean and comfortable.

It was nice but the weather was windy and chilly. Melanie gave us clear instructions where to go first abd she’s a very great driver and tour guide. I will hire her again.

We booked this tour because we wanted a ride to visit Windsor but Mel gave us so much more than we expected. She us gave recommendations for places to eat and see. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to show you around.

Cool Destinations provided excellent communication prior to our excursion departure. We were kept informed of changes to our driver/vehicle. Our driver Ash was very precise with arrival and departure pick up locations. Roundtrip private minivan transport only, no guide info, from Southampton Cruise Terminal to Windsor Castle. Castle admission purchased separately. Fast, efficient transport. A bit pricey but it was private.

A wonderful day with our driver Mel - who was a superb driver, so much information, useful tips, to avoid queues, and have the best experience. We loved having Mel as our private driver, we maximized our time and she really gave us all the information to make it wow! How funny -- she's not an "official tour guide" and shared so much with us, from travel tips, to history, to "let's take this side road" and "here's the spot for lunch" and so much more. Mel made it wow! PS her lovely Mercedes van was spacious, comfortable, with cold water and more. We felt so pampered.
