GREAT boat trip from Ag. Ioannis north along the Pelion coast! Dolphins playing with us, snorkling above a ship from the WWII, swimming in different spots, even in the caves, music and laughter and valuable info from Dimitris our captain.

Dream come true! Our guide was extremly knowledgeable, had a lot of humour and looked like a greek god. Whats not to like. 😁 He took really good care of everyone and even helped a lady that was scared to swim, so she could experience even the caves and basically took her under his wings.

A fun day for dog lovers and people interested in Greek cookery and food. It was well organised but still relaxed in true Greek style. Our tour guide Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great fun.

Nikos was a fantastic guideNikos will also recommend good restaurants to try out if you’re never been to VolosI would recommend booking this experience to get a full view of what Volos has to offer if you have never been there before

I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed this day. Our host Michael was simply charming + we had great fun. Fitstly taking the dogs for a walk, getting to know the history & cuddle time with the pups followed by a great cookery lesson from local Maria and sitting down to enjoy her home cooked food topped off the perfect day! Highly reccomended trip for sure. Thank you Louise & Sophie!

Excellent tour guide nice views. Best option if you don’t want to go all the way to Meteora.

Katerina was an excellent tour guide and she gave us a lot of info about Volos and the surrounding area - we left with an appreciation for the people and the villages in the Pelion mountains! We enjoyed seeing the small villages and the laid back pace, and had the chance to wander around, shop and eat lunch at a taverna in the middle of one of the towns. An enjoyable day with a knowledgeable and friendly guide!

My wife and I booked a tour with a group from Cruise Critics and we were delighted with the service. Janet Porter arranged the tour with them over email exchange and everything ran smoothly. We were brought back with lots of time to embark the ship, which is a great thing because on other tours we were a little stressed about missing the final call! But this tour felt very organized and the guide allowed us to stay for longer at the Winery because she could tell we were enjoying ourserlves a bit too much! I totally recommend this company and the guide that we went with, I can't remember her name but it was the small, very nice lady from Argentina! She was very charming and full of information! My wife and I loved her. Thank you for an amazing day! It was the best tour of the whole holiday! Bradley and Sally, from Houston USA.

Dimitri was simply amazing. Great experience with small group. Both the time on the water and the history explained made the trip. As a retired Army Colonel previously assigned to Greece, it was great to be back.

We had such a great time on the boat trip to Poseidon’s Cave. If you’re considering it but are a little put off by the 4-hour duration, don’t be. It really doesn’t feel that long at all. There’s so much to see and explore that the time goes by incredibly fast.Alexandros, our guide, was very friendly and knew the area really well. He told us a lot about the beaches, caves and the surroundings, which made the whole experience even more interesting. We explored Poseidon’s Cave, a shipwreck area in the water and also stopped at a beautiful beach that can’t be reached otherwise. The whole experience was so much fun and we got some really beautiful photos along the way.I’d definitely recommend bringing swimming goggles, and fins if you want to explore more underwater. As for price we paid 75€/person and the boat had a capacity of 12 people.

Our visit to the Skiathos Dog Shelter was, without question, the absolute highlight of our holiday. What started as a simple visit to walk a few rescue dogs turned into a life-changing experience, as we fell in love and ended up adopting two beautiful dogs who are now part of our family. We will be forever grateful for everything this incredible sanctuary has done. The dedication, compassion and hard work of everyone involved is truly inspiring. Sarah, Simon, Ian and David, along with all of the other volunteers, are wonderful ambassadors for the sanctuary. They generously give so much of their own time, energy and love to care for these amazing dogs and help them find the forever homes they deserve. Their kindness and commitment shine through in everything they do.The shelter itself is spotless, well organised and filled with love. Every dog is clearly cared for with patience, affection and respect. Taking the dogs for a walk through the beautiful hills of Skiathos was such a magical and rewarding experience, and seeing their excitement and happiness is something we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Skiathos, this is an absolute must-visit. Whether you can walk a dog, make a donation, volunteer your time or, like us, even change your life by adopting, every bit of support makes a huge difference. Thank you to everyone at the Skiathos Dog Shelter for the incredible work you do and for bringing two wonderful dogs into our lives. We cannot recommend this amazing charity highly enough.

Please please visit the dog shelter in Skiathos and see the amazing care they do for these beautiful animals, including the amazing volunteers. Also, please donate as they rely on donations as they only get a small fraction of the cost per ticket. It was a wholesome day spent and it felt so warming to know the help these dogs have received. Also afterwards at the sit down meal learning traditional Greek dish’s was amazing. The food tasted AMAZING and definitely one of my favourite meals during the whole trip! The gentleman/host on our coach was super friendly and put a smile on our faces with his lovely energy. Definitely recommend this trip.

Constantine was our driver. He was excellent! He took us all over the Pelion area. His English was very good. We stopped at some of his favorite local restaurants and bakeries and they were so delicious. The roads are very curvy but he was a very good driver. He provided a lot of information as he was a longtime local of the area.

Our driver/guide was awesome! He provided lots of good information about Volos and we felt secure with his driving along the many twisted and winding roads. He took us to some really cool places. For example, he took us to a beach where we could swim which included a restaurant with magnificent outdoor views. There was no menu so we were invited into the kitchen to view what was cooking by the locals. We ordered our appetizers from the kitchen which was so cool! The appetizers were delicious and it was a unique experience you can't get in the USA!

Great trip with Alex the skipper who knows languages and knows a lot about history, flora, environment. It was interesting and fun

Fantastic private tour with Alex who was a masterful skipper and shared many details about the trip and the history of Pelion area. Can’t wait to come back and have an extended tour. Pelion is an amazing area to explore from the sea.
